Left for another hotel!

This is an older very well located very reasonably priced hotel with a great staff and comfortable rooms i frequently stay here it's worth every penny and it's near everything i need to get to for like 30 dollars a night i stayed at months later hotels in cebu right now i'm reading this review from a waterfront the waterfront is a hotel i can't stand it's expensive it's clean it has everything you want and i can send it Paragon another hand is one my favorite hotels in cebu

i booked for a queen bed i got 2 single beds had to join them together,aircon keeps breaking down.the mattress felt i was sleeping on concrete the pillows like a brick.very roomy.my window was next to a wall.the girls at the desk were very polite.the breakfast was not up to no good.waiters very polite.hotel needs to upgrade...too old... was close to the city centre plenty of restaurants closed by

It is a pity that this hotel is far from the main street.It is a bit far from the convenience store.

立地は、セブシティーに用のある方であればとても良い場所です。
部屋の大きさは広めですが、水周りが老朽化しています。洗面台には蟻がいました。アメニティーはチュウーブの石鹸、歯磨き粉、ドライヤーはありませんでした。
この値段であれば他で探すことができると思いますが。

安く済ましたい方はオススメです。金額相応という感じでした。
近くに美味しいフィリピンレストランなどもあります。

Effective hotel. Very much worth the $. A little odd that restraunt is not open, they do serve breakfast but take it to your room. Odd but turned out to be convenient. Cannot complain considering price.

Older hotel , friendly staff, could definitely do with an upgrade

Big room, good shower, very good free wi.fi and stakk welcoming and smiling.
Carpet in the room could be changed.... not really good now... would be better tiles...

Decent place but the toilet seat I would never sit on. Nasty and the room wreaked of a smoker so they had to spray

The staff were great, but the condition of this place (old and dirty) makes me believe it is operating not just at a loss, but it is probably close to closing down.

Very nice people but after 9pm many prostituees on the street there hehe.
But really good hotel staff is great!!
Would stay there again.

staffs are nice and service was really good. Breakfast not much option available and there is no nearby restaurants..

空港からメータータクシーに乗ったがこのホテルを運転手が知っていたので簡単にチェックイン出来た。ホテルのスタッフはみんな友好的だった。部屋が広かった。室内は飾り気がなく殺風景だった。部屋を出たらすぐそばの廊下に無料の冷水と湯が出るボトルが使い放題であった。日本から無料で貰ったうちわをたくさん持って行き、あげたら喜んでもらえた。宿泊費が安いのには満足でした。ホテルの周辺には小さなマーケットがあるだけで８分位歩くとオスメニアサークルに行けます。

Hotel near and within walking distance of Fuentes Circle and many nightclubs (Mango Square), bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is in need of renovation but my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The wifi worked great, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was included. I would stay there again if I ever return to Cebu City.

The staff was so great,service is excellent, breakfast was so delicious and the location was amazingly near everything

The place is cheap if one does not mind a little walk. Walk to Osmena Bvld and jeepneys at 7 peso to tourist locations and shopping malls. Cheap booze and food and many Nite life spots to enjoy.

It was ok during our stay their but hopefully they fix the aircon because sometime it doesn't cold. They should also have the cold and hot shower.

Room had a musty odor and the elevator was inoperable for the entire time of my stay.
