Very nice and big hotel. Located in quiet location. Walking distance to IFS shopping center. Great breakfasts and amazing views from the room. Room also big enough for the family 2+1. Very comfortable bed as well.
Exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Really good room with good facilities and a top-notch breakfast buffet.

Beaucoup de refus du personnel, tout avait l'air compliqué à chaque demande. Pas possible d'aller à la piscine car trop de monde, pas possible d'aller au bar en haut car nous n'avons pas de chambre "exclusive".

- This is my own misunderstanding, but, having lived in Japan for so long, when I read “spa” in the description I was expecting a kind of public bath with saunas… instead the spa is just a massage service.
- While the breakfast options are indeed plentiful and delicious, the selection of western-style food was limited to omelette and cold cuts.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, featuring excellent soundproofing to ensure a peaceful stay. We stayed on the 39th floor and were lucky enough to witness stunning sunrises and enjoy the magnificent night view overlooking the Panda Tower (天府熊貓塔), which added a special touch to our experience.
The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering a fantastic variety of both Eastern and Western options to cater to different tastes and preferences. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious and diverse breakfast spread.
The staff were professional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness greatly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel well cared for and appreciated. This hotel truly excels in both location and service, making it a top choice for travelers.
The air ventilation in the gym and indoor swimming pool could be improved for a more comfortable experience.
I like the room. It's great. It was spacious for 3 person to share the room.
The breakfast was rather boring cos the choices were not fantastic. I think instead of getting the breakfast, it's better to go out and eat instead. Lights were difficult to maneuver.
The view from my room is stunning looking directly to city center direction.
Another thing worth mentioning is the friendly and super helpful staff you know they are standing by all the time for your needs.
This hotel has other facilities, e.g. restaurant, gym and swimming pool at high floor, which gives a unique feeling of Chengdu.
The shower room leaks water to the outside bathtub area, and floor tower appears to be insufficient absorbing it.
