Sapaly Lao Cai City Hotel

Very friendly staff and great customer and plus clean rooms I enjoyed my stayed with my wife and many places to visit around the Sapaly Lao Cai city hotel I appreciate the manger and the staff talking with us with everything we need and accommodations I’m very impressed by the service and hospitality thank you again so much I appreciate for our visit in Lao Cai city and the hotel Sapaly

The hotel is outdated , a smell is in and around the floors .

Breakfast not adequate.
Location is good , close to Chinese border

喫煙者には有難い快適なホテルでした。
部屋は清潔でバスタブもありました。
部屋から中国の街が見えて夜になると夜景も楽しめます。

このホテルにはルームサービスのメニューが豊富でビザやパスタも注文出来て味も美味しく二品とドリンクを注文して500円くらいでした。

またラオカイへ行ったら絶対に泊まりたいと思います。

ラオカイでは最高級クラスのホテル。だが建物の老朽化は否めない。朝食もクローズ間際に行ったからか補充もなく、スタッフもおしゃべりばかり。国境事務所が目の前てのが最大の売りかな。

4성급 호텔이랑 기대를 했지만 솔직히 그저 그랬음

2度目の宿泊でした。ドアマン、フロントの対応は申し分ない。部屋も清潔で良い。但し朝食のブッフェが無く、いくつかのメニューから選択するようになっている。味は並以下。中国人向けの味に変わったのか、友人のベトナム人夫婦にも不評だった。

Check in was "interesting". We were initially given a room that was already occupied! When we reported this we were given a key to another room that didn't work. On the third try we got lucky. Room was fine with choice of Wifi or cable internet. We chose cable for security because the wifi appeared to be completely unsecured.
At breakfast there was a blaring TV competing with background music. I have drunk coffee in many parts of Vietnam but this place served the first cup of undrinkable coffee I have ever experienced in this country.
It is possible to hike to Lao Cai station from this hotel, but we chose a taxi.

Our destination was Sa Pa. This hotel was far from there, on the foot hill near Chinese border. It takes an hour taxi ride every day to Sa Pa.
There's no neighborhood restaurants or shopping around the hotel.
There's no concierge service at all.
Breakfast was good the 1st day, then deteriorated when they only served you eggs, toast and thick/bad coffee or sugary juice drink. Servers' English were very poor, could not understand much.

A relaxing base in this busy city. Went on to Sapa from here and other surrounding towns and villages.

Very comfortable clean room with nice bathroom very good nights sleep after 11.5 hrs on the train from Hanoi

ラオカイではナンバーワンのホテルだと思います。
新しいので清潔ですし、アメニティも充実、スタッフのサービス、コストも満足のレベルです。
回りにお店は少ないですが、ホテルの食事は西洋料理もあり、ベトナム料理に飽きた場合に重宝するでしょう。
