Reasonable stay, hot shower, clean room. Pretty quiet In the room despite being in a busy area, Slight issue with key card which was fixed quickly. Recommended for a few nights stay - not a bad deal for the price.

THE HOTEL PROPERTY AREA & SIZE IS GOOD BUT HAS A VERY COLD FEEL AS IF JUST MADE THE HOTEL OUT OF FORCE AND NOT AS PER PASSION

Clean room ad friendly staff. Very noisy with construction and traffic.

The only thing to like about this property is the staff. Listed on Orbitz as a four-star property, it is no more than a 2 Star at best. The pictures do not reflect the true look of the hotel. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, spots on the bed mattress, unclean floors, lamps missing light bulbs, etc. I was booked to stay five nights but checked out after the first night.

Great hotel! Under 10 minutes walking distance from the Genocide Museaum on foot. Great view from the bar on top.

Loved the location, handy to alot of activities we were doing. Tour booking counter was helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Nice little deck and magic view over the city. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel rooms are good. A pity food not so good. Has a nice rooftop bar but food is disappointing as is breakfast.

Welcome to hotel by friendly and helpful staffs. Smooth check-in as staffs able to converse in English. Porter helps to carry luggage to room and ensure all in order before leaving.

We stayed 3 nights in this good clean modern hotel with spacious rooms. Away fro center of town but easily accessible to all points with 3 USD Tuk Tuk ride. Breakfast was good . Overall an enjoyable stay.

The Kolab Sor Phnom Penh is a good hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything was nice , only we missed a wardrobe in the room.Toiletries were not the total, a pair of slippers would have made it better.

I had a good stay in this hotel, which felt safe and conveniently located unless you are keen to stay closer to the main sights (though they are only a short tuk tuk journey away). The rooms are spacious, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the 10th floor sky bar. The food was generally good, with a discount for guests, and the breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. The staff was always very friendly and ready to help with my various requests.

We booked two rooms for two days and we enjoyed our stay.

They can provide you with all the information you need for your tourism purposes and they also have a counter to help you with your tour booking, visa and passport needs.

You get what you pay for. It is not worth to be rated as a 4 star hotel. The first unsatisfaction was the safe could be grabbed away and was so small. That's why I did not use it and went out with my valued belongings every time. We then found out the battery of the air conditioner's remote control was running out. The crew came by to fix it right away after reporting it to the front desk. Furthermore, the breakfast was not decent. Also, You could see the stain on the table cloth. Fortunately, we only stayed there one night before leaving Phnom Penh.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff made this a very comfortable stay. Only downside was the unimaginative breakfast (stayed 11 days) and the room air conditioner was not cool enough. Otherwise will definitely stay again
