Very enjoyable !
Pros:

Pleasant ambience and brilliant hosts. Breakfast very nice. Lounges very nice but maybe a little dark ? Frequent change of bedding appreciated and room cleaning staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately not within their control eVery enjoyable. parking could sometimes present a problem.

The hotel is very quaint, close to train station and easy to get to. The rooms are extremely small with a very small bathroom. We had a nice balcony. And good breakfast. Would stay again.

Einfach zu finden, nah an der Bahn. Gute Lage zu Fuss.

Es war sehr heiss draussen, und obwohl ein Fan im Zimmer war, war es auch im Zimmer ziehmlich warm.

Overall, a charming place to stay with a great location and friendly hosts.
Pros:

Location was excellent - just a short walk from the Interlaken West railway station. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast & the staff were attentive. Staff at reception were very friendly and obliging.

Cons:

The shower was a bit dated.

An unexpected hidden gem with a significant history! If you are into horology, you will enjoy even more as property has 200+ clocks each with its own history.
The exterior itself is very beautiful! and the hotel is well maintained
It is family run and attentive to small details.
