A good base for exploring jungfrau region
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is 4 min walk from interlaken west and 10 minute walk to the centre of interlaken. The hotel was full when we stayed but it was very quiet.

Cons:

it was 30 degrees outside and the property has no air conditioning. The building was always so warm though they did provide a small fan which helped. I suspect it’s nice in winter!

Beautiful, quaint place with a lovely breakfast
Pros:

It was a very quaint property with lots of old clocks and antique. Very friendly staff and the property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend you staying here. They also included the Interlaken card which we took advantage of.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

If you are lucky to find availability, book it and enjoy!
Pros:

I don’t understand why is this a 3* hotel. Itis one of the most charming places you can stay in. It is located in a quiet street that is just 5 min from the city center.
Staff is so nice and helpful, you feel like staying at home, with the difference that everything is managed for you 😊
Rooms and bathroom are so spacious and comfortable with balcony that has sitting area to enjoy the view.
Breakfast is just perfect with variety of food to choose.
There is also free parking in front of the hotel.

alles in allem für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 10 Min zu Fuss von Bahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Migros/Denner und andere Geschäfter im einem Gebäude.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Den Teppich könnte man weglassen.
Was etwas mühsam war, dass der Fernseher nicht schräg vom Bett auf einer anderen Seite angebracht war, sondern sich an der gleichen Seite befand, wie auch das Bett stand.
Zudem war es ringhörig, man hörte die WC-Spülung von oben und das Abflussrohr im WC. Zudem hörte man oben Personen umhergehen. Eine etwas modernere Deckenlampe wäre nicht schlecht.
Vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl an warmen Speisen wäre toll.

Had a great time, and a great stay in Switzerland.
Pros:

Location was good, loved the patio outside our room. Staff was friendly, service was great at breakfast. Also, they have a washer and dryer available, which was a big bonus. It was a charming place to stay.

Cons:

No A/C, no cooked meat for breakfast, and the breakfast food options never varied. We stayed 5 nights. It would've been nice to switch up the breakfast options once or twice.

Pros:

Everything was great.
Location: Close to the city center (only 300 meters away), yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It’s perfect if you’re traveling by car, as the hotel has a large, free private parking area.
Staff: Incredible and very helpful. They gave us a cable for our mobile phone, and when I had a health problem, they immediately helped me and provided the medication I needed.
Breakfast: There isn’t a wide variety of food at breakfast, but everything is very tasty and of high quality.

Cons:

I booked a room with one king-size bed, but the room had two separate beds instead

Everything was fantastic. Ambience, cleanliness, location, staff, service - top notch. Special note- when the staff became aware of my birthday, they surprised me with cookies, candles, souvenir in my room. It was such a wonderful surprise for me.
