Clean, comfortable, convenient hotel close to Matterhorn Terminal
Pros:

Overall the stay was good and location was great. If you don’t want to stay in Matterhorn which is packed with tourists
Pros:

The property is located right in front of the train station and has a beautiful mountain view .

Cons:

Beds are not so comfortable . Also, a few things are overly priced .

Pros:

J'ai aimé l'emplacement car on marche à peine 5min pour rejoindre la gare et c'est pratique à tout moment

Cons:

On a attendu pour le check in. Au départ c'était prévu pour 14h30 selon l'une des employés et après on nous a dit qu'aucun check in ne se faisait avec 15h. Du gâchis de temps pour une activité qu'on a d'ailleurs raté.

Pros:

Great location for easy access to Zermatt, but staying in a quieter location. Right opposite the train station

Bien situé en face de la gare !
Pros:

Personnel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec belle vue.

Cons:

Propreté pas 100% et la salle de bain avec des odeurs d’égouts. Le personnel a tout de même réagi en y mettant un produit qui a calmé un peu les odeurs!

Der er skægkræ. De kravler rundt på værelset. Vi slog fire ihjel på én aften.
Det er skadedyr, som vi nu riskerer at få med i vores bagage.
