Pros:

Room were clean and the property was close to the train station

Cons:

I had paid for breakfast but didnot know they open breakfast at 7:00 when I booked. I had to leave at 7:00. They didnot bend a rules to let me take something with me from the buffet. The lady was very unfriendly. The rate I paid should include all the taxes but they told I have to the city tax. The two personell I met were very unfriendly. Customer orientation was hugely missing in this hotel.

Good hotel to explore the area
Pros:

Hotel is located across Taesch train station, they also have their own parking for extra cost of course. Room was very clean, spa is also a good addition and we also tried their breakfast, they have a good variety of food and good coffee. Staff was very friendly and the room, bed was very quiet and comfortable. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so location is perfect.

Cons:

Only downside is you need to go to Zermatt to spend your time, there is not much to do in Taesch to be honest, I expected the place to be more tourist oriented. And I do not advise staying in Taesch if you want to ski, you need to go with taxi or train to Zermatt.
