Pros:

La situation, la disponibilité du personnel et le parking proximité

Cons:

Pas suffisamment insonorisé. Tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Discothèque non loin. Rue bruyante.
On entend la chambre d’à côté si voisin bruyant

Pros:

Zentral, gute Zimmergröße und keine Geräusche durch andere Hotelgäste.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber (fremde Haare auf den Badezimmerfußboden) und beim Frühstück haben uns frische Sachen (wie Gurke, Salat .. gefehlt).

L'accueil, le personnel très serviable, la localisation, le confort des lits, la décoration, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Notre chambre donnée sur la rue qui est une zone piétonne avec restaurants et bars donc assez bruyant jusque très tard. L'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur n'est pas très efficace. J'avais demandé une chambre sur cour car plus silencieuse qui avait été validé mais finalement je ne l'ai pas eu. Le parking juste à coté de l'hôtel était fermé la nuit.

Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel.
En arrivant il faisait très froid dans la chambre , le chauffage n' avait été mis en marche avant notre arrivée. Nous avons du gardé notre manteau le temps que la chambre se réchauffe un peu.
Ensuite, nous n' avons pas pu prendre correctement une douche car il n y avait pas de pression , le pommeau de douche était cassé et l eau n' était pas très chaude.....
De plus, nous n avons pas réussi à fermer l oeil de la nuit car c était très très bruyant. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Nous avions l impression qu une fenêtre etait ouverte !!. Les personnes dans la rue criaient , se battaient ,des voitures passaient sans cesse. Les enfants n arrivaient pas à dormir!!!!

Acceuil parfait et chambre très bonne

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et bien fourni mais un peu pauvre en choix salé notamment des œufs brouillés ce serait top
