Hotel CK International

The rooms of this hotel are so clean and their is so hygiene and the food of this hotel are so good and tasty must visit this hotel. The staff of this hotel are so cooperative and friendly.

The worst possible location for a hotel: right above the state transport bus depot! Our bus depots are dirty with paan stains and litter. That is how the entrance is! Till the late night, one could hear the whistles of conductors and cries like 'Haridwar Haridwar Haridwar!'

Are you sure you are in Shimla?

The room had one open switchboard, which was quite low on the wall. Imagine a child fooling around with it! We had to ask them to get an electrician to cover it. As if this was not enough, one switchboard began emitting smoke!

The rooms are large but the interior is depressing. Our first room had RED wall paper. We shifted to one with dark brown ones, which made the room dull, but at least they were not gaudy and haunting, sure to make one sleepless.

We went for a get-together in a restaurant with a nice ambiance and the food was excellent and we ordered food soup was so tasty and we ordered indian main course, Indian food so yummy and testy. I love Indian food we enjoyed a lot and my friend also enjoyed a lot.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and the view from the room is just awesome. The food is homely and delectable. The valley facing rooms are lovely to stay with views that are enchanting and serene to the eyes. worth a stay for couples and families.

Very well behaved staff and good hospitality with an amazing food ,stay was nice most importantly location was perfect as I have to catch bus from ISBT only. Look forward to come again soon next month

Let’s get the good things out of the way first
- large and clean rooms
- loads of sunlight in most of them
- reasonable cost
- friendly and responsive staff
- free parking
- buffet food is ok and acceptable

Now the bad
- quilt covers had holes in them
- no hooks in the bathroom
- service staff does not always replace towels etc
- finding the hotel is try and miss if travelling by car
- only one Wi-Fi connection per room

And the ugly
- on the Inter state bust stand
- building vibrates when busses pass over a certain area
- conductors hustling for customers 24x7 which is a nuisance as you can hear them and busses all night long

To conclude- book it if you are travelling by bus, it’s ideal in that case or you are a sound sleeper. It seems their main clientele is groups travelling vide buses

Hotel was good ...and premier location...and staff is very cooperative special mr happy and I am very excited to visit shimla.i met with happy he helped me on check in and service food enjoyed very much

Just a horrible place to stay.
Only the name is international.
Poor service and poor quality food.
The rooms are so dirty.
Doors don’t close properly.
Shower space is very small.
Bed has stains on it.
Dirty towels and bedding
Would not recommend anyone.

Everyhting is good from location till staff. The rooms are well maintained and spacious, also the staff is very kind and cooperative. The location is the best thing especially at night. Even the food was very food with ample variety. The staff works 24*7.

Stayed twice. Nice hotel.value for money. Good food though little expensive. You have options for low cost food too as it's in ISBT. Scenic view is great. conveyence to travel anywhere is immediately available. Buffet breakfast is good. Front desk Mr Jitendra Thakur and kitchen incharge person Pankaj Thakur made my stay great. Will visit again. Being at ISBT ofcourse has noise. Movie hall is available too for time pass. Mixture of everything.

First of all this hotel doesn’t come under star category. It’s situated in very crowded place. Ground floor there is bus stop. All time bus honking noise, other disturbances throughout day/night very annoying. No complimentary mineral water also and forget about anything else…
Coming to the hotel service: once I arrived at the hotel I called up hotel to send some one to pick up bags, two gentlemen came however they were not ready to pick up the bags and we were asked to leave the bags at public bus stand and they said they will pick it up later (two gentlemen to show the way), finally we had to carry luggage and move and two gentlemen empty hand walked with us.

Next comes to food, i had opted for breakfast and dinner buffet. There is hardly few guests in the hotel hence buffet was cancelled and we were asked to co-operate for the inconvenience. We asked for juice and they mentioned they don’t provide fresh juice, they only have powdered base juice like tang.

Bathroom stinks badly as there is no exhaust fan…
Overall this is my lifetime worst experience…. Do not recommend for anyone

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places !

Good Hotel, Location was Good. Staff was very good
Rooms was neat and clean and big size.
My whole family was enjoy in this hotel.
Pls improvement in Breakfast. Some more variety to be add in Breakfast.

Excellent services and delicious food. Great experience had during the hotel stay. Situated at a great location and fantastic view from room itself. Felt like in the lap of nature. It was fantastic experience ever had!

It is located on the 4th Floor of ISBT Building. Although the rooms are not the best (But they are still good), The staff is very friendly & responsive and is always there to help you. The food is very delicious and tasty.
Pros :
1) Very Friendly and Very Helpful staff
2) Excellent Food
3) Since it is located on the ISBT Building, A lot amenities are available (ATM, market, Food, etc.)
4) parking is available
Cons:
1) Since it is located near ISBT, expect some noise from the buses & around
2) they have checkout time which is quite early that is, 10 AM
3) Rooms are not so good
4) WiFi is extremely bad

This is not the first time I stayed in ck, as it has become my favourite destination due to its location, parking, excellent hospitality,cordial and efficient staff . This time I accidentally left my daughter's jacket in the hotel and on my request the manager was kind enough to parcel me the same at my address. Overall it was a delightful experience.
