The hotel was under renovation all morning and fire alarm test for 4 hours we couldn't not sleep at all. Only on Friday for few hours the hotel was quite and we slept few hours before the check out time

EXTREMELY NICE!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely lovely and the rooms are just beautiful. The surrounding area is safe and there is plenty to do. I also enjoyed using the pool. Service from staff was excellent. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. Everything at breakfast this time seemed to be incredibly salty even roast potatoes, labneh & lentil dahl. I would probably stay here again...

LOVELY HOTEL... HORRIFIC SERVICE!

The hotel is lovely and in a good location. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Upon check-in for a 3-day stay, being a Gold Member, I was told I could have a room upgrade but I would have to spend one night in the room I booked and upgrade the next day. That was no problem with me whatsoever. The next morning, I went to reception at 11:45am and they told me my upgraded room would be available "very soon". They told me they would call my room to advise when I could switch rooms. I ended up calling them several times and I finally got a response after MORE THAN FOUR HOURS!!!! That was completely unacceptable. I wasted 4 hours sitting in my room waiting for the phone to ring. They gave me complimentary breakfast for the following morning which was very nice. The next morning, I was too tired to go to breakfast. I rang reception at 9:30am and asked if I could transfer breakfast to the following day. I said they would call my within a couple of minutes. They called me after TWO AND A HALF HOURS! What a letdown. Such a lovely hotel yet the service was absolutely horrific. Proceed with caution!

During my recent stay, I experienced multiple bug bites and, upon checking out, discovered a large bed bug on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them a video of the bug as evidence. I was informed that no manager was available at the time but was reassured several times that someone would follow up with me within two days. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week and a half, and I have yet to receive any response.

The staff are good, the facility is clean but it smells cigarette every night even though i stayed in non smoking room.There’s no wall clock to look at.The breakfast buffet has very limited choices.
