We had to wait for paratha at breakfast and then one came was not the one I ordered.
Food prices are not for value. The tea is very expensive. You can get cup for 10rs and you charge 450 or 300. I booked on line but didn’t pay and I’ve been charged different 😡

Very very satisfying service by all staff members specially Shraddha Sargar and Shraddha Nighot and delicious food cooked by Chef. Property is wonderful and at its best in Marriott Bonvoy groups.
I like luxury served by the property.
Keep it up and will love to stay again.

This is my Ist stay in Pune (chakan) courtyard marriot .It was really good and staff was so kind and respectfull towards there guests .But I want to specially mention the name of their head chef Mr. Rahul gavali he is so kind and respectful towards us he specially came to us and asked about the food or we need anything I had never saw in anyother hotel that the chef is personally attending their guest and asking whether they are comfortable or not. we have to visit Bhimashankar jyotirlinga that day he packed fruits for us that we should have it on our way. Never saw this kind of gesture in anyother hotel. Total service of Mr. Rahul gavali is 10/10 .

I stayed for one week at Courtyard by Marriott Pune and was extremely satisfied with the overall quality and service. The staff were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Mrs. Shraddha from Customer Support for handling all my requests promptly and professionally. Also, Kalyani and Ashwini in the restaurant always greeted me with smiles and positivity, making my days even better.
The only things to keep in mind:

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for sightseeing.
While drinking water and tea/coffee cups were provided, the minibar fridge was empty—no soft drinks, beverages, or snacks. This was the only detail I missed, and therefore I would rate my stay 4,5 out of 5.

Overall, if you are visiting for business or looking for a peaceful stay with exceptional service, this is a fantastic choice.

I had my recent stay with my family at Coutryard by Marriott - Chakan and I appreciate the the hospitality provided by the entire entire staff during my visit. I had an excellent experience during my stay at this Hotel.
The hotel has a wonderful restaurant which served good food and their staff was very responsive to all special food requests especially for kids.
I would like to thank Anushka Nighot and Akshay Susar for their care and excellent attention to customer's requests providing amazing hospitality and displaying customer first approach. They always show willingness to help and never disappointment ever during our stay at this hotel. They truly reflect the Marriott standard of service.

The service was professional, attentive, and well-organized from start to finish. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was equally impressive—well-presented, fresh, and flavorful, with a great variety that catered to all guests.

Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience, and we received many compliments from our attendees. Highly recommended for events and gatherings.

We had a wonderful New Year stay and truly enjoyed the New Year party at the hotel. The event was very well organized and never felt overcrowded since it was restricted to in-house guests only, which made the celebration comfortable and enjoyable. The separate arrangements for kids were an excellent idea and highly appreciated by families.

A special mention to Akshay, Akshay, Sachin, Vinay, Shubham, Chef Pankaj, and Chef Sunil for their warm hospitality and great service throughout our stay.

One small suggestion: during the final cake-cutting, the area felt a bit crowded as it was conducted at a single location. It might work even better if such moments are spread across multiple locations instead of gathering everyone in one space.

Room & Cleanliness
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well equipped, with very comfortable bedding and modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, efficient air conditioning, and a well-maintained bathroom. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent upkeep of the common areas.
