Average but could have been better.
Pros:

Rooms are clean, Gives a luxury feel. Dining experience was excellent especially Mr. Sunil. Staff is all very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Swimming pool was under maintenance and it was not prior informed. No indoor games for Kids. Room was not having handwash, bathrobes and dental kits for all the persons who checked in. The location is under development and there is heavy traffic during evening hours.

Pros:

service , convenient location .

There was no mutton curry on buffet , on request it was made available . There should atleast one dish from mutton , chicken and fish .

Waiter Mr. Paltu communicated to senior and made mutton curry available for us .


I appreciate all the team and system procedure , training’s behind this to understand the customer and try to fulfill requirement it .

Cons:

Washroom door in the room , is is too tight to slide . It requires proper slide or bearings installation .

Thank you for your email and for the care and attention I receive each time I visit CY Marriott Chakan

As our new factory is in Chakan, I had initially thought of renting an apartment in Chakan but feel your hotel is now almost like a 2nd home for me

I would personally like to thank the team at CY Marriott Chakan who combine professionalism with warmth

It would really be great if CY Marriott Chakan would expand and have a range of long term serviced apartments similar to the Marriott Suites (formerly Oakwood) in Pune

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan was absolutely flawless. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality. The food was excellent, the rooms were well maintained, and every staff member went out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. A special mention to Mr. Lavlesh, whose personal attention and care made our stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Enjoyable Stay with family.
Pros:

The room size was very good, well-appointed interiors and amenities. The hotel looked newly renovated, so that was nice. The pool size and the area around the pool was nice.

Cons:

There was not staff around the pool for any help. We had to call repeatedly to get pool towels. The taste of the food at the dinner buffet was below average.

5* service in a 4* hotel
Pros:

A few days ago I stayed at this hotel. It was recommended to me by business friends. The location is ideally suited for business visits in one of the hubs of India’s auto industry. Practically all major clients are reachable within 10–50 minutes.

Now about the hotel itself: The reception was excellent from the start. After nearly 24 hours of travel, I was greeted at 9 in the morning with perfect service. From the very first moment I was treated like a prince. The door was opened for me, my luggage taken care of, and the on-duty staff immediately resolved a small issue without any red tape. The best part: early check-in was available, and I could rest and shower in my room before my first appointments. In the following days I was also very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the service. Almost every wish seemed to be anticipated. It’s a pity I had to say goodbye after only three days; I felt very comfortable! 🌟
