Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan

Courtyard by Marriott at Chakan is my go to place for a short vacation. Their hospitality is top notch. We have travelled across numerous places and resided in few of the greatest properties, yet I still believe that no one could match the hospitality offered here.
Chef Sunil is so kind and
prepares delicious dishes as per our liking.
Harsh at the cafe will make sure that all our preferences are given priority.
Suhas and Anushka at the reception gave all of us a very warm welcome and helped make the check in progress seamless.
I have visited this place so many times, yet I would always wish to come back here everytime.

Entering into hotel lobby was greeted by Mr.S.S.Gupta (Security Staff).
Extremely courteous and professional.
Stayed for three nights. At all times, while entering and exiting the hotel, Mr.Gupta appeared utmost attentive, disciplined towards discharge of his duties.

It been almost 7 months i am staying here and its one of the most peaceful places to stay. The staff are too good! Everyone welcomes you warm, feels like a home.

Room maintenance is perfect, restaurant spread is on point (kudos to the chef and staff at the restaurant) the staff ensure that you get everything on time and with a smile on the face.

Reception staff/AT your service/room cleaning staff everyone is to be applauded for!

Sometime they even decorate my bed and it feels so good to come to the room and find a little something like this.

Even the gym is super good, i visit everytime and the trainer makes sure i utilise it to the fullest and also helps me with workouts that are right for me.

Nilaya spa over the hotel has exceptional staff who give great service, must visit ;)

Special mention: I had my birthday few days back and they made sure that i celebrate it with so much happiness. I dint feel for a second that im away from home! Staff feel like family now and i would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Your stay will be perfect and there is no scope for disappointment.

We had to wait for paratha at breakfast and then one came was not the one I ordered.
Food prices are not for value. The tea is very expensive. You can get cup for 10rs and you charge 450 or 300. I booked on line but didn’t pay and I’ve been charged different 😡

Very very satisfying service by all staff members specially Shraddha Sargar and Shraddha Nighot and delicious food cooked by Chef. Property is wonderful and at its best in Marriott Bonvoy groups.
I like luxury served by the property.
Keep it up and will love to stay again.

This is my Ist stay in Pune (chakan) courtyard marriot .It was really good and staff was so kind and respectfull towards there guests .But I want to specially mention the name of their head chef Mr. Rahul gavali he is so kind and respectful towards us he specially came to us and asked about the food or we need anything I had never saw in anyother hotel that the chef is personally attending their guest and asking whether they are comfortable or not. we have to visit Bhimashankar jyotirlinga that day he packed fruits for us that we should have it on our way. Never saw this kind of gesture in anyother hotel. Total service of Mr. Rahul gavali is 10/10 .

I stayed for one week at Courtyard by Marriott Pune and was extremely satisfied with the overall quality and service. The staff were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Mrs. Shraddha from Customer Support for handling all my requests promptly and professionally. Also, Kalyani and Ashwini in the restaurant always greeted me with smiles and positivity, making my days even better.
The only things to keep in mind:

The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for sightseeing.
While drinking water and tea/coffee cups were provided, the minibar fridge was empty—no soft drinks, beverages, or snacks. This was the only detail I missed, and therefore I would rate my stay 4,5 out of 5.

Overall, if you are visiting for business or looking for a peaceful stay with exceptional service, this is a fantastic choice.

Nice property, very good stay and Ms.Anushka was so kind and cooperative makes may stay comparable and the food was excellent..overall I will recommend this for my future stay and once again thanks Ms.Anushka for support and hospitality

Recently we did event in courtyard by marriot chakan. We loved the service given by service team Jaydeep, Nilesh, Swapnil, Harshal, Pawan they are very friendly & helping guys.

I had my recent stay with my family at Coutryard by Marriott - Chakan and I appreciate the the hospitality provided by the entire entire staff during my visit. I had an excellent experience during my stay at this Hotel.
The hotel has a wonderful restaurant which served good food and their staff was very responsive to all special food requests especially for kids.
I would like to thank Anushka Nighot and Akshay Susar for their care and excellent attention to customer's requests providing amazing hospitality and displaying customer first approach. They always show willingness to help and never disappointment ever during our stay at this hotel. They truly reflect the Marriott standard of service.
I highly recommend to visit this property if you would like to have a leisure time with your family with excellent staff, good food and happy environment.
