Excellent in all respects
A little over priced
The room size was very good, well-appointed interiors and amenities. The hotel looked newly renovated, so that was nice. The pool size and the area around the pool was nice.
There was not staff around the pool for any help. We had to call repeatedly to get pool towels. The taste of the food at the dinner buffet was below average.
It was not upto my expectation

A few days ago I stayed at this hotel. It was recommended to me by business friends. The location is ideally suited for business visits in one of the hubs of India’s auto industry. Practically all major clients are reachable within 10–50 minutes.
Now about the hotel itself: The reception was excellent from the start. After nearly 24 hours of travel, I was greeted at 9 in the morning with perfect service. From the very first moment I was treated like a prince. The door was opened for me, my luggage taken care of, and the on-duty staff immediately resolved a small issue without any red tape. The best part: early check-in was available, and I could rest and shower in my room before my first appointments. In the following days I was also very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the service. Almost every wish seemed to be anticipated. It’s a pity I had to say goodbye after only three days; I felt very comfortable! 🌟
Exceptional stay! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing throughout. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, offering great convenience while maintaining a peaceful environment. Most importantly, it offers outstanding value for money with service and hospitality that exceed expectations. A perfect 10/10 for atmosphere, rooms, location, and overall experience. Had a delightful stay last weekend on our family trip back from Goa, we used Courtyard Chakan as a stop over before driving back to Mumbai and it surely was our best decision, since the drive from Goa to Mumbai with our Pet 🐕 would have been quite a stretch.
The warm welcome, check in, rooms, stay along with the meals were superb.
And with the roads and missing link, the hotel is now less than a 3 hour drive from Mumbai, we r already planning our next visit soon.
Shout out to all pet parents, undoubtedly the best hotel to stay if you want to stay with your pet.

I recently stayed with my family for a staycation at Courtyard by Marriott Chakan and was truly amazed by the hospitality here. Though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and regularly stayed at Marriott properties in different locations, the customer experience here was exceptional!
Starting from the main entrance when the lady inspecting me asked me how my day is going to the staff inside, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary here and Santoshi and Anushka made them feel very special. They even arranged a cute card and a cake for them during dinner.
Even during meal times, we were attended to with utmost sincerity and all these gestures turned our staycation into absolute delight.

Every staff member was very warm and friendly. No one ever looked away to avoid any eye contact. And they were always ready to hear what I wanted to say and respond immediately.

Courtyard by Marriott at Chakan is my go to place for a short vacation. Their hospitality is top notch. We have travelled across numerous places and resided in few of the greatest properties, yet I still believe that no one could match the hospitality offered here.
Chef Sunil is so kind and
prepares delicious dishes as per our liking.
Harsh at the cafe will make sure that all our preferences are given priority.
Suhas and Anushka at the reception gave all of us a very warm welcome and helped make the check in progress seamless.
I have visited this place so many times, yet I would always wish to come back here everytime.
