Pros:

Рядом находится торговый центр. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.
Завтраки вполне достойные — ничего выдающегося, но выбор блюд позволяет найти что-то по душе. Для начала дня вполне подходит.
Низкая цена

Cons:

Номера уставшие и требуют ремонта. Пару раз на завтрак была паппая "забродившая", как будто лежала с прошлого дня, но когда она закончилась, то принесли смежую.
Перед отъездом увидел в номере таракана.

Great staff, good breakfast, good condition room
Pros:

Really good hot breakfast with a lot of varieties. Very nice staff - I had an issue with the room and they changed it without fuss.

Cons:

The rooms are in very poor condition. The first room we got was smelling really bad. The second one was better, but the AC was very nosy. The towels were smelling bad... like gym sweat. The beds were clean, but the sheets and pillow cover had a grey color that made us feel questionable.

Overall, the quality/price ration was very low compared with other places in Indonesia in particular, but in the world in general. The standards seem very low in Jakarta in general, so I guess that's why this place is rated high at 8 on Booking and over 4 on Google. Seems crazy high for me compared to what those ratings nean in most other places around the world.

easy to find this hotel...near food court
bed, pillows smells detergent..
bathroom bit dark and i suggest to add curtain inside the bathroom.
