According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto tinha ótimo tamanho com tv e ar condicionado perfeitamente funcionando, os funcionários super atenciosos.
O maior problema foi o banheiro, que estava encardido e com manchas de sujeiras recentes, um vazamento na base do box, deixava o chão sempre molhado mesmo sem uso do chuveiro. A pia com altura acima do padrão, ruim de usar. A cama não era muito confortável porque os colchões estavam velhos e afundando.

Não tivemos assistência na chegada. Por exemplo, estava chovendo qdo chegamos e ninguém nos levou um guarda chuva; e tinha na recepção.
Não tivemos ninguém que nos ajudasse com as malas e nem quem nos acompanhasse até os quartos. Tivemos que sair procurando.

O hotel é bem bonito e confortável, os funcionários bem educados, café da manhã com muitas variedades e bem gostoso.
Gostei de tudo, a única crítica, é que durante a noite por volta de 18h eu quis um chá e tive um pouco de dificuldade pra falar com a equipe, consegui quase depois de 1h, mas mesmo assim foram bem educados e consegui fazer meu chá.

Banheiro com cortina no local do banho, chuveiro fraco na vazão da água e água que não esquenta bem , principalmente a noite. Vazamento na descarga que deixa o banheiro molhado.
