Het was geweldig en dankzij Fabiola nog beter.
Pros:

We mochten bij aankomst zelf onze studio kiezen, dat was heel fijn. Onze studie had uitzicht over de zee en was erg goed uitgerust met een hele keuken, fijne badkamer, een airco en erg veel ruimte. Ook hadden we een eigen ruime zitplaats voor de deur met goede stoelen en een tafel.

Bij aankomst in Sorrento was het voor ons lastig om naar het verblijf te gaan, omdat wij niet goed wisten hoe het openbaar vervoer geregeld was. Ons contactpersoon van dit verblijf; Fabiola, heeft aangeboden ons op te halen op het station van Sorrento. Dit was voor ons geweldig en hiervoor waren wij enorm dankbaar.

Tijdens de rit van het treinstation in Sorrento naar het verblijf, vertelde Fabiola ons over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Deze hebben wij allemaal bezocht en waren allemaal schitterend.

Aangekomen op het verblijf kregen wij de keuze uit twee studio’s, deze keuze was kostenloos en vrijblijvend. Dit vonden wij erg fijn.

Gedurende ons verblijf hebben wij via Whatsapp en persoonlijk bij de receptie veel contact gehad met Fabiola. We werden iedere dag zeer vriendelijk begroet en op weg geholpen door haar. Fabiola is een enorm lieve vrouw die ons geweldig geholpen heeft met van alles.

Villagia Villa Lubrense is een schitterende plek met fantastische service. Het zwembad is heerlijk, er zijn overal schitterende uitzichten over zee en al het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Vanuit deze plek is het heerlijk om de regio rondom Napels en Amalfi te verkennen, Fabiola kent de regio goed en kan goed vertellen welke plekken de moeite waard zijn om te verkennen.

Richting het einde van ons verblijf (in totaal 8 nachten) bood Fabiola ons aan, om ons terug te brengen naar het treinstation in Sorrento. Dit bespaarde ons een bus rit met zware koffers. Wij vonden dit ontzettend lief van haar. Wij wilden haar hierom graag betalen voor haar geweldige service, maar dit accepteerde Fabiola niet.

Cons:

Het bed waarop wij sliepen was iets harder dan waar wij thuis op slapen. Dit is een persoonlijke voorkeur en dit valt het verblijf niet aan te rekenen.

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato qui i primi di luglio e siamo stati accolti da un staff molto cordiale.
La struttura si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Sorrento e a 3 dal mare e sempre vicino alla struttura si possono trovare ristoranti e alimentari.
Il punto di forza di questa struttura sono le piscine vista mare,panorama bellissimo! Torneremo!!!

Excellent views from the garden bungalows and the pool.
Staff friendly and helpful. was offered a free breakfast and also a lift to the bus stop with my luggage.
Good location as just a short bus ride into Sorrento.

Sembra di stare in paradiso
Pros:

Il panorama è spettacolare, la struttura è in una ottima posizione ed è facile arrivare alle spiagge, se non si vuole usufruire delle piscine con vista mozzafiato.
Bungalow pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

La connexion wifi qui est inexistante ainsi que le réseau 4g - l’équipement est vieillot, la clim s’arrête toutes les 5 min, la cabine de douche est faite pour les personnes très très minces.

Cudowne miejsce pod względem położenia. Smaczne śniadania serwowane z jeszcze piękniejszym widokiem na morze. Te domku - bungalow trochę przestarzałe, remoncik by się tutaj przydał ale reszta jest Cudowna. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna tak na basenie, jak na recepcji oraz Pan w restauracji.

Vacanza di pace e tranquillità
Pros:

La posizione del villaggio è strategica per visitare la penisola sorrentina. Permette inoltre di accedere tramite un sentiero la spiaggia libera di Puolo.
Camera piccola ma pulita. Staff molto disponibile e simpatico.
Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni in tranquillità

Urlaubsfeeling pur bei sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt! Die tolle Lage mit dem Blick aufs Meer und auf den Vesuv sowie das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal möchten wir gerne besonders hervorheben. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön bewachsen und gepflegt.

Just a nice view with a pool
Pros:

If you're looking for a view, that's the only thing this property has going for it. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment.

Cons:

From the moment we walked into the bungalow, we were greeted by a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was incredibly unpleasant and immediately made us question the cleanliness of the bungalow. The bungalow itself was unclean and poorly maintained, and it looked nothing like the photos online. The listing is extremely misleading, as the pictures make the property appear far more modern, spacious and well-kept than it actually is. Another major disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi in the bungalow, most likely because there was little to no service, despite Wi-Fi being advertised as an amenity we expected to have. The location was also far less convenient than the listing led us to believe, with no close means of transport nearby. My daughter frequently had to go and sit by the pool just to get internet access, which is simply unacceptable when you're paying this amount for accommodation. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. We never felt welcomed by the staff, who came across as cold and unfriendly throughout our stay. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt as though we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, on the morning of departure we were woken up at 7:00 a.m., despite the listing clearly stating that check-out was between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There was absolutely no reason to disturb us two hours early. We also found it astonishing that when our family members checked out after staying in the bungalow for the remainder of our booking, they were asked whether they had cleaned the bungalow before leaving. We found this to be a very strange and inappropriate question, as it almost felt as though guests were expected to clean the accommodation themselves before checking out. We genuinely tried to make the best of our holiday, but after just two nights we were so unhappy that we paid for another hotel just to salvage the rest of our trip. They felt the same in that there was very little to enjoy here.

Piscina, vista sul mare.
La signora Fabiola in direzione è stata super gentile sin dal primo giorno.
Il climatizzatore è stato determinante per il caldo notturno.

Cons:

Si vede che il bungalow ha i suoi anni alle spalle, inoltre è poco curato. Sprovvisto di zanzariere.
Consiglio di sostituire le stoviglie poiché danneggiate e vecchie.
Ristorante chiuso.
Mancanza di navetta che conduce ai paesi limitrofi (necessario un mezzo di trasporto viste le strade non adatte al passeggio).

Pros:

La vue magnifique depuis la piscine, sur la mer et le Vesuve. Le petit déjeuner copieux et servi dehors face à la mer, la serviabilité du personnel.
