Great location, breakfast, and super staff!
Pros:

Very good hotel! The breakfast is great in every way. Love how they bring you individualized coffee and milk. And they are very attentive and efficient. Front desk help is first rate. Everyone there is friendly and helped me very much with plans and transportation. The AC in the room was great as well.

Cons:

The only downside is that the rooms are not well insulated and you can hear everything from your neighbors and the hall. The first night I could not sleep because of this. However, I am a light sleeper and this may not bother other people.

Nuestro lugar para una escapada de fin de semana a Punta del Este.
Pros:

Nos gusta todo, es nuestro lugar en Punta del Este. Cada vez que vamos para allá ni lo pensamos, el Bonne Etoile es el lugar!

Cons:

En Booking figuraba que la cochera estaba incluida en la tarifa. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que cuesta 15 dólares por día. Deberían aclarar eso.

Precioso hotel, excelente personal, muy recomendable
Pros:

La estadía en el hotel fue un regalo para mis padres. Ellos quedaron muy contentos con el hotel, les pareció excelente la ubicación, el desayuno y la habitación. A pedido de mis padres, quiero destacar especialmente la labor del personal del hotel, los atendieron con mucha calidez y dedicación. Mi madre tuvo un percance de salud durante su estadía y la ayuda que recibieron del personal fue total, consiguieron asistencia médica inmediata y estuvieron acompañándolos hasta que la sitación se resolvió. Mis padres están más que agradecidos con la forma en que los trataron en el hotel y el cuidado que recibieron. Si bien es importante que un hotel ofrezca buenas instalaciones, cuando se plantea una emergencia, es el personal el que marca una diferencia. Y en este caso superaron todas nuestras expectativas. Muchas gracias a todos.
