Great Location, Friendly Staff
Pros:

Good location, just a few minutes walk from the metro station (Marquês de Pombal). Friendly staff, available 24x7 to take care of your needs. Appreciate the orientation shared by Diego at the Reception, that helped us to understand how to get around.

Cons:

Would be nice to have an option for lunch / dinner, maybe a functional restaurant?

A great experience.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The reception, breakfast staff and housekeeping were all excellent. The proximity to hop on hop off bus and restaurants was great. The rooms were excellent size for European standards , plenty of room to layout suitcases, watch tv and a nice bathroom size. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Overall great value and wonderful staff. I recommend this hotel and would definitely be back.

Foi o mais caro e o pior em toda estadia de 15 dias em Portugal,
Cederam um apto com ar defeituoso, a funcionária se comprometeu a resolver não resolveu, outro funcionário nos instalou num apto com ar mas sem manutenção tudo quebrado (chuveiro, luminária, suporte de papel) toalhas de pessima qualidade.sem espelho côncavo sem secador de cabelo. Enfim um desastre, recomendo escolherem outro hotel em Lisboa

Very easy smooth stay by the champs élysées of Lisbon
Pros:

Breakfast offered a variety without waste. There was a system in place. Cleaning daily done promptly. Fridge empty though. I guess we must ask for slippers and tooth paste. But location was great and staff more helpful and kind than smiling. Kept our bags for extra hours

La ubicacion estaba muy bien ubicado

Cons:

El aseo del baño muy pesimo tenia hongo el vidrio del baño y el mantenimiento muy regular les hace falta ser mas rigurosos
Las almohadas duras y el algodon de las almohadas como pelotas
El balcon por ejemplo estaba lleno de popó de ave. Creo que nunca lo limpian
