The lady who checked us in was very kind!
The bed mattress had dried yellow stains on it but besides that, the room was clean.
I liked the location and the staff. My third party reservation never got there but they made every effort to get us a room and they were super friendly about it.
We had a king room with a couch. The location of the TV was very awkward to watch from the bed. Also I did not like that it was a Starbucks bistro for breakfast. I did not realize it was not a free breakfast and Starbucks is super expensive.
Pool was being cleaned for hours when should have been open.
Friendly staff .
Got too my room bed mattress had blood on it from previous people very nasty.

Staff Brooke,Ryan, lawanda, Tracey all were very professional.
Very expensive for a breakfast sandwich.
Our room was booked as a handicap room. There was nothing indicating that it was a handicap room. The toilet was low and there were no bars for helping. The shower was lacking any bars except one. Managed with a cane, however, will never go back. A wheelchair would never fit.
No coffee made at 5 in the morning.
Close to everything we needed. It was clean. Friendly staff.
We booked this hotel strictly for the restaurant in the lobby and for the pool/ hot tub for my son. The restaurant wasn’t open on a Saturday night so we had to leave in the bad weather to go get dinner and planned to use the hot tub/ pool area Sunday morning before our noon check out time, the pool was closed for “cleaning” until after 1PM. When it was closed all night long so they had time to clean it then, So we only got to use it for the one day and not two when we paid strictly for these. That’s the reason why MOST families book hotels..
I can tell you what I didn't like we rode around Portage for 3hours trying to find the hotel at night asking multiple people where you were they looked on computer and cell phones we tried calling it wouldn't go through finally someone told us it was behind a restaurant your sign is black and not light great for out of towners at night
I told you above and we have traveled many years but never had to paid for breakfast in a upscale hotel
Very nice, clean, staff was friendly
The couch in the room was very uncomfortable
