The manager on duty was so incredibly nice, the other associates were all super helpful and kind. Best experience so far of any hotels we have stayed in since we started in 2023 using Expedia.
Didn't occupy the hot tub or pool. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. The whole hotel looked like it was well maintained. Would be happy to stay again
Room was clean and had what we needed. The staff was friendly and provided us with everything we requested. The WiFi was spotty for our room and kept cutting off. Other than that, no issues.
The staff was friendly; however, my room had a broken ironing board, a shower that wouldn’t shut off and dripped all night keeping me awake, and the lobby’s televisions were not working.
I would say the customer service is amazing they try breakfast was good how ever the phone system do not work so calling down to front desk or local calls was impossible phone didn’t work the internet didn’t work I couldn’t work from home so I had to take 2 days off because of bad internet room 205 should be deep clean before it rent out to anybody dog or cat pee all over you can smell it and the floor is sticky I kept informing front desk of phone and they new the internet was bad they just kept apologizing but it didn’t help I had to miss work and my kids caught a sinus infection from the cat or dog hair and pee I am disappointed i kept informing them and they act like i had to come down every day anytime i had a question instead of being able to call like I expected
Front desk staff was given the wrong keys to the room was assigned. It’s horrible that the room was still occupied by guests. Guests were still there and their personal belongings were still on and in the room. I don’t know what type of service this was but if I was entering the room without knowing guests and I may have gotten shots of myself and I would have been killed by this incident.
This was the worse service ever that I have seen in the past of my experience in this situation.
I expect to see a full refund of the amount of money that I paid for this service and an apology from the staff of the administration.
I really liked the breakfast. It was very warm and variety, and I really enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful and I appreciate it. The manager is also in the front. Thank you for me, my stay and I will see you soon
The communication between the staff management and cleaning crews was a mess. I was issued wrong cards key to enter the room

The hotel was okay, but the outdoor sitting area smelled of cigarettes and was not too clean. The pool and hot tub smelled really strong of chlorine. We enjoyed our stay but one night was enough.
Excellent staff! 4th floor room was very noisy during stay. Had to turn up TV to block outside noise from busy street. Also sounded like construction was happening across the hall.

I had a great stay with you guys.The grounds and interior are very clean and beautiful i loved the pool and Jacuzzi the kiddi area is very nice as well. I wish the bar was still open though but thats ok. The staff is very friendly and engaging. Plastic utensils and hand towels would be nice in
the rooms. I will definetely be back soon for sure

My stay was well except the bathroom shower and breakfast food. The water drains way too slow almost like it needs maintenance or add Drano. The breakfast needs more verity of foods maybe then the food will be good. One thing I loved was the toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was sufficient and smelled really nice! The mattress beds felt like new. That was awesome! The pool is not what I expected but it wasn’t bad. I loved the water splash for my toddlers. Above all I’m happy to say thank you for having my family and I enjoy your property. We enjoyed our stay specially because I didn’t want to book 2 rooms. It was 2 adults trying to manage and care for 5 kids of all ages. We definitely needed to be all together so yes we only got one room and 2 beds but I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different and a room with 3beds was not available. That’s ok though we enjoyed the quality time together. Thank you again!
I liked the vibe
The hotel was very noisy. A dog in the next room barked all the time. Traffic noise was loud and constant.
