I feel safe and comfortable here and it meets my need to be close to my family when I come to town.
Pros:

It is a clean, no frills place to stay close to family I was visiting. I have stayed there before.

Cons:

I thought the pancakes were terrible. I remember them being better. Did you change brands in the past two years?

Elevator service..only 1 Elevator working. Ice machine broken on my floor 4 had to go to floor 2. the entire week for ice. Air in the lobbyon level4 where they seem to have most of our reservationsfor the group was stuffy the entire week..Most hotel are. Now offering bath gel. GLAD I TOOK MY OWN. mini hand soap that they never replaced at the bathroom sink. Housekeeping service on limited days and we not friendly. Bathroom toilet fixture broken. Property was supposed to be smoke free. My room smelled of a chain smoker. No air freshener or what they offered was colored water in a spray bottle they made up.

No referral from me . One and done.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Manque juste un coffre. Emplacement à côté de L autoroute mais calme et à 10 15 minutes de downtown Austin sans les bouchons. Personnel et accueil sympa. Pas de difficulté pour payer la caution en cash à la place de la carte de crédit. Vaste parking gratuit

Great place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of Downtown Austin
Pros:

Just off 290 in Northeast Austin. Many restaurants and a St. Elmo’s brewery close by, which I highly recommend. Location was clean, comfortable and the staff were so helpful. 12-15 mins to UT campus.
