Cons:

No bathtub, they put lotion in the shower instead of conditioner and there was no hot water. I was pretty disappointed on that. But what made it the worst was the fact that the air conditioner was crazy loud and didn’t work

Front desk staff was non empathetic when I asked for a handicap room
I have limited mobility and told the front desk I needed a low entry shower in my handicap bathroom, I was told “you will be fine- there are grab bars in the shower”.

I could not access the shower tub as the grab bars were only in the tub area, none outside the tub to aid with the entry access to the shower. I went back to the front desk a second time to be told “that’s all we have”. I’ve stayed at other Sleep Inn hotels (not this one before) and I know their HC rooms have better amenities.

Highly recommend, my stay was amazing!
Pros:

Everything, the staff were amazing and very kind, the breakfast was good and had some different options. The place was very clean, housekeeping checked in with us daily.
