flexible with late arrival
There was a mix up. I used Booking.com to book my reservation. When I got a final confirmation from you it showed 1 room. it should have been 2. I called you and you said to call the 3rd party who booked my reservation. After checking they said I booked correctly and they would call you and get it corrected. All was fixed!
Enjoyed our stay on our way to and from Rapid City. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Biscuit and gravy was good. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
Great place to stay, was very fortunate to get an early check-in. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at Marriott's as we are Marriott members.
Also used the pool and hot tub, both very clean.

I went there. They had no reservation for me. The desk girl Makaiĺa said I had no reservation and she could not help me. I left because son was in a terrible accident and I had to find a room for the night. I booked another room by bookings and went that hotel and checked in. 2 hrs later making texted me and said she just recieved my reservation did I want to come back. As the 2 hotels were miles apart and I'm 76 years old and stressed because my son got flown to a hospital in siuox falls 86 miles from our home and I got another hotel closer to the hospital I told makaila to cancel my reservation
I booked another hotel through your company at no fault of mine did aI not stay at Fairfield. I went there at 3 pm, check in time and there was an obvious delay on your part. So please do not charge me. You should be able to see where I stayed because I paid you. Twice for a room I desperately needed. I am not wealthy I live on SS. Please only charge for the room I actually stayed In. I will contact you further.
