Good stay, I thought the price was rather high.
Pros:

Convenient to eat at the hotel.that compensated in part for the high price.

Cons:

Big mixup. I used Booking.com for the reservation and mistakenly made it online for a Hampton Inn in Jamestown, North Dakota. Very kind manager of the Hampton Inn there helped to resolve the problem.

The hotel staff were great, but as I mentioned for how much you pay it should be a bit more sound proof.
Pros:

I liked the room, breakfast, and cleanliness of the facility,

Cons:

It wasn’t as sound proofed as it should be when you’re paying nearly $200 for one night. You could hear the ppl above stomping around and knew exactly when they went to bed and woke up. So, I didn’t get very good sleep due to that.

Good value, wonderful staff, would certainly come here again if in the area.
Pros:

Good, convenient location. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and well-maintained premises.

Easy access from the freeway

Cons:

When I was billed and a receipt was sent - The total bill did not reflect a pet fee that I had to pay at the hotel check in of 50.00 plus a pet fee of 15.00 that was supposed to be refundable, Very disappointed as I paid 146.00 plus another 50.00 plus 15.00, If the 50.00 charge was due to Booking.com as a third Party (I will not ever use Booking.com again).

Staff was unprofessional, not concerned about paying guests. Room was excellent.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room.

Cons:

The staff partying and having a fireworks show in the parking lot until 12am. The staff not taking paying guests into consideration. The staff not being helpful or listening to guests concerns. No manager on duty. Fireworks debris all over my vehicle. No response from local Hampton Inn management.

Great location and very clean! Check in staff could be given a tutorial on social skills.
Pros:

Great location with lots of eating establishments close by. Very clean and
the breakfast had lots of options.

Cons:

The check in staff was not friendly at all. He gave no information when handing my key. I had to ask key questions to get any answers. I booked for one price and the price at check in was $15. I wanted to ask him about it but he was rude so I didn’t bother.
