Cons:

The room was very cold, which is good for Texas weather. But at night it was so cold the carpet felt damp and musty.

The breakfast selections were good, but did not like that you didn’t offer hot tea in the morning.

Cons:

Again the fact that you didn’t have hot tea as a choice for breakfast beverage.
I did not like the fact that every time I left and came back my key card did not work and had to be reprogrammed. It was very inconvenient and annoying.

The staff were very welcoming, especially the manager, and all the staff seem to be enjoying their job, which was refreshing! They went out of their way to help me!
The place was clean and things felt well cared for, which is always a plus !

Pros:

I book the room for a honeymoon for a young couple, I went early to get.their keys so they could just go to room. The lady at the front was amazing ,understanding and super friendly. I would definitely use this hotel again.
