Pros:

Although clean the room smelled like a lockeroom or an old gym shoe. This is a facilities issue. Also drain flies and a medium size spider in the bathroom. Overall a very used hotel room that needs a refresh. Will not stay here again.

The staff and service at this property was phenomenal. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The pool area was lovely and, when we reported that the towels were low, they were immediately restocked. The only negative is the design of the room. While this was an updated Springhill that included the west elm furniture, the privacy glass barn door is noisy and causes light to pour into the room if someone if in the bathroom. Also, after recently staying at another property that had a standing glass shower, the traditional tub/ shower combo felt outdated (but the water pressure was great none-the-less!). Overall, the property was great and we’ll stay there again if we’re in the area.

The room layout was strange, bathroom in front of beds with a frosted door that did not give the most privacy. Also, smelled like dirty feet. Lastly, a “…” hair was in the clean towels.

Hotel was clean. Front desk member looked miserable and not a great person for front desk person. Conditioner in the shower was completely empty. That imo was a pain. It’s not hard to see if it’s running empty. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
