Cons:

Has an overall sense of The Bates Motel.
Owners just sat in silence at a desk.
If you don’t book breakfast at time of booking room then you’ll have chance to change your mind. I was told they only buy food when someone previously requests it….suppose it reduces chance of waste

Sehr liebevolles, herzliches Personal! Habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider keine eigene Dusche im Zimmer (weil schönes altes britisches Gebäude)
Das ist aber auch so ziemlich das einzige, was man ehrlich kritisieren kann.
Wer mehr kritisiert hat meiner Meinung nach zu hohe Erwartungen.

A number of things can be done to improve the property.
Pros:

There isn't any provided despite the board saying 'Bed and Breakfast '

Cons:

Was asked by the lady at the front desk why I was walking up and down the corridor when in actual fact was looking for the shower room since I had seen a toilet only outside my room.I was shocked.If I had another option could have checked out immediately.Am a seasoned hotelier.
