Convenient location close to the train station. It was easy to find. Located away from the main road so there was no noise from the traffic.
Very basic room and amenities but you got what you need for a short stay.
Nothing exceptional but good enough as a budget option for me as I only needed a place to sleep for the night nearby the train station.
No lock on the door from the inside of your room.
Early check out at 10am. I was aware of it when booking so it did not come as a surprise but find it too early.

No ensuite, no kettle but it was a basic room.
The toilet when visited was dirty with urine on seat and floor.

Location wise, it is close to the Uni. Convenient.
Never been to a hotel when the guests got up at 4am, they continously making noises in the hallway, doors closing, luggage moving. Never could have a good sleep.
After notifying staff about the dirty duvet, it was promptly dealt with. Comparably good price for the location.
Duvet cover had a crusty stain of some sort on it, probably from a cookie.
