Villa Puri Darma Agung

The villa is in a quiet area outside the town centre but we were offered a private chauffeur/guide who took us wherever we needed to go and suggested all kinds of interesting diversions not found in thevgide ba. o

Wir sind hin- und hergerissen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wir bereits im Vorfeld von einem Deluxe Zimmer auf eine Honeymoon Suite upgegraded wurden, da neben unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer ein sehr lautes Baby war. Die Suite hat einen eigenen Balkon, ein großes Bad und Bett und einen eigenen Pool. Der Pool wurde leider erst am 2. Tag gereinigt und war vorher extrem milchig. Die Zimmer sind prinzipiell sauber, auch wenn viel Krabbelvieh rein kam. Das Bad ist in Ordnung, die Armaturen leider etwas veraltet. Das Frühstück hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Da das Hauptrestaurant angeblich rennoviert wurde, durften wir uns nur eine (!) Sache von einer Karte aussuchen, die uns dann auf unserem Balkon serviert wurde. Von einem Pancake oder einem Taco bleibt man leider nicht lange satt. Alles zusätzliche hätte pro Stück 30.000 IDR gekostet, was für balinesische Verhältnisse völlig überzogene Preise sind. Das Personal ist nett und sehr bemüht. Den großen Pool durften wir leider nicht nutzen, da andere Gäste die Villa daneben gemietet hatten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der kostenlose Transfer-Shuttle nach und von Ubud, da die Pension etwas außerhalb ist. Man bekommt ein Handy für den Aufenthalt, mit dem man den Shuttle zwischen 9-21 Uhr jederzeit zu zwei Punkten bestellen kann. Auch denTransfer vom Flughafen mit dem Privatfahrer Darma können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - mit ihm kann man auch super Ausflüge gegen kleines Geld machen (und dabei auch nicht touristische Ecken entdecken).

The hotel was hard to find. Not on google maps. It’s so far away from everything. The swimming pool was green and dirty so we couldn’t swim in it. The room was nice but the bugs got in through the bathroom and it was gross.

Tolles Bungalow in den Reisfeldern. Lage ist etwas ausserhalb aber mit scooter oder driver kein problem. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Die Leute waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank an Made und Barry für den super angenehmen Aufenthalt.

On our first visit to Bali & Ubud we found the villa very friendly acconodating to all our needs. With
Help of staff we found activites to suit us. While the villa is complete it is in need of some attention in the near future to keep its rating.

Food over priced - curry consisted of 4 pieces of chicken and the "rice included" never came, "complimentary" drink on arrival that we ended up paying for, villa constantly losing power, didn't have a key for our room for the first half of the stay, owner constantly ringing our driver to tell him we were taking to long despite paying $80 a day for the car and driver, photos on the site are incredibly misleading, cobwebs in the rooms, dust on aircon and shelfs of wardrobe, no sound proofing could here every conversation staff were having (including the way the owner would yell at and talk down to the staff)

After 1 day we were lookin for alternative accomodation but unfortunately the "wifi" was so slow nothing would load.

Went on a tour with the couple staying in the next room and on our tour they mentioned how "creepy" the owner was and how uncomfortable he made them feel.

Can not in good faith recommend this to anyone.

En väldigt avkopplande vistelse ute bland risfälten i Ubud. Rummen var stora och vackert inredda med lyx och balistil. Personalen var otroligt tillmötesgående och trevliga, det var dom som gjorde hela vistelsen fantastisk. Otroligt god frukost. Helhetsintyg 5/5 men om det är något att anmärka på så var inte ytor i badrum riktigt städade.

the most relaxing place to stay. perfect for that quiet getaway. The staff were amazing, would do anything to make your stay fantastic. We were very lucky to be the only couple there. So we had the whole place to ourselves... luxury all the way. We will be going back for sure.

Superschöne Villa mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Es wurde einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, daher ohne Fahrdienst kein Fortkommen. Für uns das einzige Manko.

A group of 4 friends stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with our time spent at the villa. We were provided with free 2 way transport into central Ubud town daily, which was good. The Staff could not of been more helpful and friendly. We totally enjoyed our stay.
