Ideale Lage um sich Instabul zu erkundigen
Pros:

Personal, Essen, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind top!

Das Personal, insbesondere Herr Anıl, war stets hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Alle waren immer höflich, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Das Essen aus der Küche war hervorragend. Auch der Schneider im Haus hat einen aussergewöhnlichen Job gemacht.

Ein sauberes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage.

Riesiges Kompliment an Herrn Anıl und das gesamte Hotelteam!

Personal war super freundlich und Respekt voll

Cons:

The evening before my stay, I asked the receptionist to wake me up, and this was noted. I then paid my restaurant bill and requested a wake-up call at 4:00 AM, which unfortunately wasn't done. I asked how long check-out would take and was told two minutes because everything had already been paid for. Since I wasn't woken up in the morning, I was told upon arrival that I had to wait ten minutes for them to check the room, which I found odd.

Furthermore, the swimming pool was only listed as closed for renovations after I had already paid. This should at least be stated on the website, not only after the reservation and payment had been successfully completed.
