Good location, excellent price, just a little rough around the edges.

The staff were excellent.

If they managed to do a little work on the building, it would be excellent. However it is just a little rough, and matches the price.

Seaview and private pool, just as advertised. Modern villa. Loved the style. Very nice and helpful staff too. Local area not bad but can get to nearby sanur or denpasar by grab or rent a Moto. Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommend it.

絵画がたくさん展示されておりギャラリーのようでした。いかにもバリ！という雰囲気ではないですが天井が高く開放感がありました。
宿泊当日予約し直接ホテルに向かったところ準備が整っていないようでした。予約が伝わっていないハプニングがありましたが日本語を喋れるスタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださり助かりました。
場所は海のすぐ目の前ですが、ビーチではないので泳げません。
デラックスルームからは海は見えず眺めがいいとは言えないためでせっかく海の前のホテルなのでシービューのお部屋にしたほうが良いと思います。
また現在ヴィラの建築中とのことで工事の音も聞こえましたので完成してから行くと、静かに過ごせそうです。
ビーチや街中からは離れているのでのんびりできると思います。
地元の方の結婚式としても使われているそうなので、結婚式が行われるときは宿泊はできないかも？ぜひとも事前確認してから予約することをおすすめします。

The hotel is like home for me, quiet and front beach. Will go back to this home, homie hotel !

The room was great and the bed was so soft so are the pillows clean bed-sheet with a good fragrance and lovely dinner!

Overall Excellent!!!!!!! Very pleasurable stay at The Surati Resort it seems like the chef knows his work truly well.

Location is not good.(Even local taxi driver is still very difficult to find it).
No hair dryer in bedroom. (After ask staffs, they still did not provide it)
Staffs not speak english.
Decoration and devices are quite old (not clean).

No beach, poor brekfast. The windows of the room should be cleaned at least that guests could see something. Staff not speaking english. I will not come back there and not recommend to my friends.

Secluded and quiet location , an excellent value for money. Looks like a millionaire private villa converted into a hotel , with two gorgeous pools with ocean view and a lobby looking like a balinese art museum.

This villa could be a 5 star resort if the property maintenance was a priority. The building is starting to show its age. The villa is beautiful with a lap pool looking out onto the Bali Sea. It is located in Ketewel and renting a car is a necessity. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and can communicate in basic English. Breakfast is served from 7 to 8am with a limited menu, however it is good. We stayed for three nights and were the only customers there. There are a lot of villas in this area and all seemed empty. Most people seen were fishermen talking their boats out in the morning for a few hours. The staff moved us to another room after the first night because the air conditioning was not working in the first room. The property is difficult to find, especially at night since there are very limited street signs. We arrived at midnight and the staff were waiting for us, as someone is there 24 hours per day.

I was there for 4 nights checked in a pool view suite. The place is beautiful and completely private and quiet compare to surrounding at kuta area. Bedroom is big with private pool, dining and living room area. It is about 35 minutes drive from the airport.

It's good for those planning to visit Sanur, ubud area. Bali zoo is just 10 mins drive. The only problem for us was the villa is surrounded by village and need to call taxi for a 5-10 minutes drive to a nearby restaurants to eat.

Staff was always helpful and service was good. I will come back if I visit that area again.

The hotel was nice but far away from everything. Taxi drivers didn't know where it was and wanted to charge us 50$ for a ride from the city at night.
There is nothing around, not even a place to buy food, the beach is not nice there either. So, good choice for people looking for silence ans willing to stay at the hotel all day sunbathing by the pool.
A little annoying that the staff doesn't really speak English...
