Very happy with our stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, can walk to lots of places to eat, short taxi ride to most tourist attractions. Awesome rooftop pool. Good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

There is a flashing light bar on the ledge outside the bedroom window.

Disappointed as with my booking it say pay at property and advised the amount I would be paying in AUS $, when check in they charge me AUS$135 more than I was informed on booking site, I questioned why I have been charged so much higher, answer I received, it’s not hotel issue this is currency exchange, rate I point out this is unreasonable exchange rate & I was quoted a price for my stay in AUS & when I check in you charge me additional AUS $ 135 but all I got was not you issue & if I want they will cancel transaction & do refund & charge price I was quoted , I sad you should have charge what I was quoted in beginning & I don’t want to wait 4 to 5 weeks for my refund, person I spoke to from the office behind reception became argumentative so I said put yourself in my shoes as a customer & I walked away and had no followup. Room is very small, breakfast area no room every day of my stay I tried different times but always so many people with not enough seating, I had to sit on a outside lounge chair with my plate on my lap one morning. Overall quite disappointing.

Amazing time to relax and wonder around great location for everything.
