Disappointing
Pros:

Room was clean. First room given was woeful, at back of hotel looking at a brick wall, nearly cried at the price we are paying. Asked to be moved got a better view. They kindly offered another room opposite the massive building site directly opposite the hotel. You only get a toothbrush and a sanitary bag. All “Dove” soap. No robe. This is basic. Not at all worth the money. Was previously at Oasis for slightly more money, big difference.

Fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn! 🏨
Pros:

As we just wrapped up a fabulous 9-night stay at the hotel, and everything was wonderful. A special shout-out to Serene, who was fantastic at breakfast every morning.
As someone who eats gluten-free, navigating hotel breakfast spreads can sometimes be stressful, but Serene went above and beyond to help me. She was always ready to assist and proactively showed me exactly what I could and couldn't have. Her warmth and attentiveness truly made starting the day a pleasure.
Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable and comfortable stay—we can't wait to return!

Holiday stopover
Pros:

Location was perfect. The rooms were small but ok for a stopover. The pool however was outstanding and a huge highlight at this hotel. I thought it was expensive.
The staff are absolutely lovely here especially the waiting staff, Serene was so attentive and friendly.

Great stay!
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express. The place is clean and tidy and strategic to nearby subway stations. Lay Yong was very attentive and super friendly. Will definitely come back here again if visit Singapore.

Good location and nice rooftop pool
Pros:

Location, appreciated early check in at no cost, rooftop pool, ease to arrange late check out (at cost)

Cons:

No onsite restaurant, had a coffee shop and bar though and food vending machine/room service
Breakfast was plentiful but needed to be hotter

Wonderful stay at Holiday inn
Pros:

Loved my stay at Holiday Inn. Room spacious, clean, location was great. There is a do it youself laundry. Easy to go anywhere from nearby MRT station.Loved the pool which we could use while we waited for our room to be ready(we arrived very early). Everyone was friendly and helpful especialy Serene who made coffee forus each morning at breakfast, offered advice and made us feel like we were at home. Will recomend to all our family and friends. Ria
