A Great Hotel Near the Airport
Pros:

The rooms are nice with well equipped kitchens. The location is great. I'll stay here the next time I am in Austin. I prefer the price and the quality of the rooms over the much more expensive locations downtown. Parking lot security is visible and very much appreciated.

Cons:

I have a lot of meetings in downtown Austin. This is a bit of a drive. But the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport.

I will not stay at this location again. It was clean.

Pros:

Night manager was helpful and friendly. He did an excellent job.

Cons:

The additional overnight parking fee is ridiculous! If this fee continues, I will look for another hotel without this additional charge.

Ehhh would choose somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Location was close to airport

Cons:

Room was hot and didn’t seem to ever cool off, pillows were flat and bed was uncomfortable. Don’t understand why we had to pay $15.00 a day for parking… no it was not valet… so I don’t understand the cost. Airport transportation was a plus.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer
Pros:

Phillip at the front desk was a very impressive young man. He referred us to the restaurant at the sister hotel across the parking lot. Food was delicious, the waiter, Kelani, was every bit as impressive. Room was clean, more than enough electrical plugs, beds were comfortable.
Will definitely stay here again!

Has everything you need
Pros:

Beds are comfortable, linens are nice. Lots of space to spread out suitcase / work.
Shuttle works well; good driver.

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. (Not this hotel’s mistake though). There is no restaurant at this hotel. But if you walk across the parking lot you can order breakfast at their sister hotel The Holiday Inn.
The windows did not keep the constant traffic noise out.
AC works good, but it’s loud (like at so many places nowadays).

Excellent property. Very well maintained.
Pros:

Did not eat at the hotel. The amenities were there but spent time with my daughter seeing other things in the Austin area. Upon our check out, my daughter left her phone in the room. After calling the front desk, the man on duty went to check the room and found her phone. He then held it at the front desk until we returned to retrieve the phone. All in all, the entire staff was the most gracious and friendly staff. I will stay at the facility again when I'm back in the area.

Cons:

There were no issues with any of the facilities. I have no complaints to report against the property. The property is well maintained.
