Dear team Expedia,

You need to be pretty sure about the propoerties you offer for booking thru your portal.
Kasauli exotica certainly needs a review at your end.

One should go in for Kasauli Exotica only if one doesnt find any other place to stay in kasauli.
1. If you book thru any travel portal, they will give you a room without a view and tell you that you didn't pay for a valley view room.

2. Check in time of 2pm and Checkout time of 11am doesn't make sense. They claim that they need 3 hrs to clean the room , but our room had many filthy patches. They remind you umpteen times about your check out time, which becomes quite disturbing.

3. No leisure activity is available in the resort

4. Reception staff isn't really welcoming and infact sounds a bit rude if you try to reason with him.
5. Breakfast spread is meager, and the quality of food is nothing to write home about.

5. Valley view from the partly open air restaurant is the only saving grace
