One of the best hotels I’ve ever seen
Such a lovely hotel, well thought out with great comfortable communal areas and small garden area.
The air conditioning isn’t air conditioning. They say that it is a central controlled system but although we scanned the code to control it and reduce the room temperature down, we’re not convinced by it. Thankfully plenty of windows and doors to open for a breeze and despite the hot weather the room was reasonably cool.
Outstanding hotel! Comfortable room. Beautiful lounge area with large balcony with views of the mountain. The service by Chiara was impeccable! Lovely breakfast and ‘snacks’ on offer. 15-20 minute walk to town with great views or a short bus trip. Bus stop is about 100 m from the hotel. Hotel provides free bus tickets. Highly recommend ❤️

Breakfast was great, balcony and view were fantastic and staff were really helpful.
We really missed air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan, it was very hot, over 30 degrees.

The bath, no traditional shower. Just a bath. Room a tad small and didn't match the lovely aesthetic of the rest of the hotel.

Although it takes a bit over 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the town center—including an uphill stretch—the service was excellent. Chiara, in particular, was incredibly warm, nice, and patiently answered all of our questions. The breakfast quality was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
