Hallo,
wir bewerten die Unterkunft als "gut".
Herauszuheben ist die sehr freundliche Art aller Angestellten und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Zum "sehr gut" fehlten uns folgende Punkte:
- Kuchen und Gebäck war gratis, gratis Kaffee/Tee am Nachmittag hätte sehr gut dazu gepasst
- kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer
- keine Gläser sondern nur Pappbecher auf dem Zimmer, nicht mehr zeitgemäß
- keine Kaffeelöffel auf dem Zimmer zum Umrühren des bereitgestellten Instant-Kaffee
- nur Kaffee aber kein Tee auf dem Zimmer
- wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, hier würde ein kleines Regals guttun

Quiet and convenient location with great view and facilities
Pros:

It's in a quiet area of Ortisei (eastern edge) but still only a few minutes away from the busy city center.

The ski room has racks and boots warmer.

It has a self-serve bar along with coffee and tea.

Pros:

La cortesia e la gentilezza dello staff, la colazione super e "l'autogestione" notturna del bar.. anche se non ne ho fruito ti dà la sensazione di essere davvero un ospite e non un cliente.

Per i miei personalissimi gusti gradirei un materasso ed un cuscino ancora più rigido sarebbero graditi..

Goede communicatie, de pendel bus naar de pistes, goede bedden!

De kamers worden erg warm verwarmd. blijkbaar te reguleren met QR code, maar dat was niet erg duidelijk

Great location for the Chalet and wonderful hosts who care for their guests
Pros:

Luxury in the most beautiful part of Italy
Pros:

Our room had a balcony that overlooked Ortesei and the mountains, stunning. Very comfortable room and excellent shower. So many ammenities: well stocked honor bar, afternoon snacks, deck with a view, 3 spa rooms, incredible breakfast and comfortable beds. Kiara at the front desk was extremely helpful and responsive. Located steps away from the bus stop. Free bus pass was fantastic! Beautiful lighted path made walking into town a pleasure.

Cons:

Hotel is located outside of the town, so if you like to be in the middle of everything, this might not be for you.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The wellness center was a real highlight — very relaxing, with a lovely sauna that was perfect after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. A special bonus was the personal driver service, which made getting to and from the ski lift easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.
