Totally my kids don’t like
Pros:

It’s quiet and definitely the room like very old. And it’s seems like so eerie very remoted area. The staff inform us there is no water the 1st and after that the staff didn’t confirm the next day breakfast till we confronted them.

Cons:

It’s old and definitely need to get new look

NO SATISFACTION WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

EASY ACCESS TO UNIVERSITY TEKNIKAL MELAKA (UTeM).

Cons:

POOR CONDITION OF THE HOTEL, ROOMS, PARKING LOT AND LOBBY. ARRIVE LATE BUT NO PORTER SERVICE. FRONT DESK OFFICER WAS RUDE AND ASKED ME TO TAKE TROLLY AND SERVE MY OWN LUGGAGE.

NO LIFT. THE HOTEL'S EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WERE VERY OLD, WORN, AND IN NEED OF RENOVATION.

Pros:

Location is near to UTEM as we came for our son registration day. Staff were friendly and assist us with all our inquiries. Room is big and no smell. Aircon is good. Room is clean.water pressure is strong. Hotel is quiet good to rest and get a good night's sleep. Over all we were okay as we managed our expectation. Understand the history of the place.

Cons:

Old and rundown. Swimming pool not very clean. Toilet fixtures need to upgrade. Alot of rust. Could be why water is a bit yellowish. Bedding and pillows too looks worn out. Hotel looks quiet but we were given the furthest room at the back and on the highest floor which is 2 floors up but by stairs only. As my wife has problem with her knee we feel old parents traveling to this hotel will struggle. Far from town. It's 30mins driving to mahkota parade by day if you are visiting for jalan jalan cari makan n sight seeing. Breakfast choice is weird. Nasi lemak, mee Hoon, mee Kari, bubur nasi, cocktail sausages, baked beans with some hint of scramble eggs inside. Salad bar, desserts, bread and cereal. We came at 8am and left at 8.40am. Scramble eggs gone, milk for cereal finish nasi lemak feels like white rice. Plates and cutlery station feel it's been there for long time as some top plates need to be clean. Hope managent can improve little by little. Small upgrades will means a lot to returning guests.
