The hotel is very nice, rooms are a good size, bed comfortable, small balcony, quiet area, close to train station.
Purpose of stay was to attend concert at unipol arena. Cab there was great. Staff gave us 2 cab companies to call for return suggesting one was not reliable. Neither was reliable, Uber also not reliable. Fortunately the restaurant staff near the arena kindly, after their shift at 1am drove two groups of two people home/back to the hotel. In a city like Bologna this is unacceptable. The hotel was advised and hopefully strongly warn their customers.
