Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer

Cons:

Nicht ganz so zentral, wenn man mit dem ÖV reist. Rezeptionist wollte das Zimmer nochmals verrechnen, obwohl wir bereits im Voraus bezahlt hatten. Also besser vorab kurz checken.

Zentrumsnah

Cons:

Leider war noch der Müll des vorherigen Gastes im Zimmer, und das Bett war nicht wirklich gut vorbereitet. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und vom Inventar mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Fußböden mittlerweile von vielen Gebrauchsspuren übersät
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte leider so überhaupt nicht

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was excellent and varied.
The rooms are of a normal standard. Considering all the hotels in Cologne, I can confirm that for me it was one of the best.

Pros:

Good location and good sized rooms.

Cons:

Funny drain smells in the rooms like rotten eggs. There was no tea making facilities in the rooms and when we asked for tea/ coffee from the bar we were told there weren’t enough staff.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated nearby the central part of the city. The personnel was very attentive, kind, and customer-oriented. The room was bright, comfortable and spacious. Cleaning of rooms was every day. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. There was no noise from the street. The bathroom offers utilities.

Cons:

I liked everything the hotel offered me.
