Tudo muito organizado, funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos a atender, café da manhã muito bem servido e com várias opções de comida, minha experiência foi ótima, eu e minha família gostamos muito e super recomendo este hotel.

Gostei muito da localização, café da manhã e o atendimento.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza e tb da manutenção das instalações. Também houve um engano na cobrança. Cobraram antecipadamente o valor da estadia dos dois quartos reservados e no check-in também paguei. Resultado foi cobrado duas vezes e só vi depois. Até o momento não fizeram o estorno.
