This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was very professional, the food on the restaurant was delicious, the room was comfortable and the swimming pool was beautiful (if a bit cold at night, but after a few swims it was perfect). We had dinner and breakfast there and everything was delicious. The waiter in the evening was this very nice man that had worked in a cruise ship and had travelled around the world and could also speak some italiano. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety and even a pancake and eggs station. We stayed for only one night but we had a perfect stay there.

The room smells and feels very damp.
The breakfast was nice and my room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with a big mall just next door and the airport only a 30 minute drive away.
There was a nasty sewage smell coming from the drains in my bathroom in the morning after I came back from breakfast.
Mooi zwembad
Small gym with partially broken equipment. Mosquitos and dust everywhere in the room. The night staff was extremely unfriendly, especially the overweight man at the front desk. He gave me incorrect information and was very rude when I asked simple questions. In the middle of the night, he sent me to a nearby convenience store to get ice because he claimed the hotel didn't have any ice, even though the refrigerator in our room wasn't working. This level of service was very disappointing.

Da wir nur für 1 Nacht da waren können wir nicht viel sagen. Der Vorhang hatte Flecken und auch liegt das Hotel ca 25min vom Flughafen entfernt, je nach dem was man sucht.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the location was convenient, and the amenities met all my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
Friendly staff
The rooms are not that much. Rooms, shower, facilities could be better. I didn’t have breakfast, but if you book without you can have breakfast in the mall next door.
