Great accommodation & excellent position for walking to old town and restaurants. The lake was a short stroll away. The manager, Stefano, was excellent with helpful ideas for trips in the area. Breakfast with Gluten Free availability was perfect.

This place went beyond our expectations. Super friendly and welcoming staff. The room was lovely, AC very effective. We hadn’t planned to use the pool area but ended up taking both morning dips and rounding off our days there. Friendly guests and relaxed atmosphere. Quite a few dogs visiting who were all well behaved. Also a very friendly cat on the premises. Good breakfast buffe for Italy. Short walk to a nice café by the lake and next to it a very decent restaurant with sea view. A ten minute or so walk (uphill) to get to old town where most of the restaurants are. Would gladly stay again.

Fantastica struttura con molto verde e molto vicina alla riva del lago. Personale davvero eccezionale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Consigliatissima!

Väldigt trevlig personal och bra frukost. Mycket svårt att hitta hotellet. De svarar inte när utländska nummer ringer så det var jobbigt att få tag i dem. Personalen borde förvarna gäster om att det är whatsapp som gäller.

Bella location vicino al centro del paese ed anche al lungolago, consigliati siamo per chi ha animali; camere nuove e pulitissime! Super consigliato!

Fint rent sted. Mere en super personale altid hjælpsomme og smilene især Monica og massimo som er de drivende kræfter fra morgen til aften Morgenmaden er rimelig og tilstrækkelig pool området fint. Byen har man set på en dag der er masser af restauranter i byen og i nærheden i gå afstand. Byer i nærheden som Cortona og Perrugia er et besøg værd sejltur på søen til byer og øerne er ok. Søen som badevand , tjae smag og behag Vælg hellere pool.

We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place more!

Man wurde bei Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Anlage besteht auch kleinen Bungalows. Es ist sauber und liegt nah am See. Für Ausflüge super gelegen. Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der See ist gleich in der Nähe. Im September ist es ruhig und entspannt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, non è un classico albergo in quanto offre la possibilità di accesso indipendente, stanza spaziosa, la strittura si trova vicino ai supermercati. Il lago non è distante mentre per il centro occorre una passeggiata in salita. La colazione è equilibrata e varia su richiesta.

Bellissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti con i cani poi non ne parliamo!!!😊😊😊

Propre et bien situé, personnel très serviable, mais cela ressemble davantage à un camping qu'à un bed and breakfast, nous ne l'avions pas perçu ainsi dans le descriptif

Lovely central reception and dining room off lounge. Units are grouped 3-4 per single story unit, all with outdoor seating and partial view of the lake. Not warm enough for pool to be opened yet, but this should be a fabulous Summer holiday stay. Generous breakfast buffet, also with seating outdoors. Helpful and courteous staff, and safe parking and units.
