Teniamos la habitación en el 8vo piso al lado de una puerta de personal. A las 7 de la mañana nos despertaron las voces y los portazos de un par de empleados.

Muy amable y predispuesto el personal, el desayuno completo, muy amable el personal también de ese sector.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero para lo que uno lo usa que es solamente quedarse a dormir está bien, algunos huéspedes fumaron en el pasillo o escalera y cuando le avisé al personal enseguida lo solucionaron, pero ya no es culpa del hotel sino de la gente que se desubica.

El desayuno un éxito, todo rico y abundante.

Cons:

No me gusto el descuido del bufet. No hay personal que atienda después del horario de desayuno, tampoco hay variedad. El 31 había 1 sola persona para todo el restaurant y no daba a basto, tampoco tenía los productos para cocinar. 4 familias se retiraron sin comer. Es lo único que mejoraria
