Deteriorated furniture.
Location couldn’t have been more perfect - right next to the Cruise Terminal
Not complaining at all, but after an all night plane ride from the US AND the train ride to Rotterdam, it would have been nice to get int the room right away - but we wereWAY earlier than we anticipated, arriving at 9:30 in the morning. They tried to a comodate us by letting us check in at noon instead of 3:00 PM. We were grateful for that!
Prima ligging en erg prettige ontvangst aan de receptie. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden en een perfect ontbijt.
De wand tussen badkamer en kamer was doorzichtig glas wat ‘s nachts bij gebruik de kamer ook vol verlichte. Een vorm van gordijn zou een eenvoudige oplossing zijn, ook voor wat privacy bij douche gebruik.
Zeer hondvriendelijk en dichtbij het Museumpark. Super goed ontbijt!
Meubel met wastafel was verouderd
De kamer met het uitzicht was echt boven verwachting , heerlijke overnachtingen gehad!
Goede ligging, schoon en netjes en top ontbijt
Het uitzicht. We hadden een kamer met skyline vieuw.
Ik heb 4 keer geprobeerd ontbijt op bed te krijgen. Een faciliteit waarvoor ik speciaal dit hotel had gekozen (naast het uitzicht). Het kwam echter nooit aan. Ook receptie 2 maal gesproken hierover. Ik ontving van hen ook geen terugkoppeling. Verder hadden we twee losse bedden die onder je kont wegschuiven als je erop ligt. Niet bepaald leuk als je dichtbij elkaar wilt zijn.
