Pretty room
No windows, bad airconditioning
The hotel is in a fabulous part of town with groovey buildings & its close to the Fenix Museum which is well worth a visit. Totally fascinating.

Breakfast is amazing

A little bit old
We stayed for 2 nights in a Skyline Premium room. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing view and the excellent breakfast, which offered a great variety of food and a beautiful panorama. The bed was also very comfortable.
However, the room felt smaller and older than expected, and the windows were not very clean, which affected the experience of enjoying the skyline view. We also expected a little more attention and hospitality for a premium room category, but only a bottle of water was provided.
Additionally, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and asked both the reception and the bar if it would be possible to reserve a table for one evening. Unfortunately, despite asking more than once, we were unable to make a reservation.
Overall, the view and breakfast were excellent, but the room itself and the service did not fully meet our expectations for a premium stay.
Personeel bij de receptie en het restaurant was vriendelijk. Locatie is goed en bij het restaurant op de 7e verdieping heb je een heel mooi uitzicht. Er was een dj aanwezig bij het restaurant en leuke sfeer. De kamer is ruim en was goed schoon gemaakt.
Ik kon helaas vanaf mijn telefoon niet casten naar de tv en het koffie apparaat werkte niet.
Voor het parkeren moet je tijdig van tevoren een parkeerplek reserveren omdat alles snel vol is. Als je geen reservering hebt dan moet je gewoon per uur betalen in de garage en dat is een stuk duurder. Uiteraard mijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar het had fijn geweest als ik hiervan op de hoogte was gebracht door het hotel.
La chambre était grande très bien équipée et la vue était incroyable. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec un grand choix de produits

De locatie was oke
Airco deed het niet in de kamer, tv gaf geen signaal. Je hebt ook geen bereik in de kamer. Roomservice kwam pas na 2 uur lang wachten. Personeel was ook niet vriendelijk. Als je zegt dat de airco en tv het niet doen geven ze lachend een kaartje met “you can call this number for complaints”. Het inchecken duurde ook veel te lang. 15;00 uur moest je inchecken wij waren er om 14;00 uur. Moest een nummer achter laten en dan zou je een sms binnen krijgen als de kamer gereed is. Nooit een sms gehad uiteindelijk zelf maar weer naar de balie toe gegaan om te vragen of we kunnen inchecken. Parkeren is ook veel te duur. Je betaald net zo veel parkeerkosten als de hotelprijs
