Hier kunnen wij werkelijk geen enkele negatieve opmerking vinden.

- zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke medewerker aan de balie;
- prachtige, modern ingerichte kamer met een gemiddelde grootte en alles was perfect uitgewerkt (zo zat de TV verborgen in een spiegel). Wij verbleven op het 21e verdiep en hadden een prachtig uitzicht op Rotterdam;
- alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig (tot zelfs lippenbalsem);
- aan de balie staan meerdere automaten: gratis snoepjes en tegen betaling versnaperingen en dranken (zowel alcoholisch als alcoholisch (zelfs flessen wijn!);
Wij maakten geen gebruik van het ontbijt en restaurant (dit laatste was die avond tot 21:00 Hr gesloten door een privé feest). De bar was eveneens heel mooi ingericht

A stylish and comfortable stay with outstanding service, highly recommended!
Pros:

My stay at nhow Rotterdam was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a modern design, stunning views of the city skyline, and a great location close to key attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special mention to Laurens at reception, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Tolle Lage - mit zugestelltem Ausblick

Das Hotel punktet durch die grandiose Lage und den unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Stadt (wenn man Skyline-View bucht).
Sehr großes und bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Warum wird diese tolle Aussicht durch einen riesigen Kasten, in welchem ein kleiner Fernseher verbaut ist, verstellt?
Das ist extrem ärgerlich!
Keine Handtuchhalter, Ablage in der Dusche fehlte.
Personal recht unpersönlich.
Unsere mangelnden Sprachkenntnisse wurde ignoriert und alles auf englisch erklärt.
