Great location but poor sound-proofing.
Pros:

Very convenient for the cruise terminal and the staff were extremely helpful. However the motorcycle noise was disturbing late in the evening and the beds were much too firm for our liking.

Pros:

Perfect location, friendly staff, overall a nice place to stay when visiting Rotterdam.

Cons:

There were issues with connecting to Chrome Cast on TV, hotel staff helped to sort this thing out twice on the same day. Yet the next day the issue persisted but I didn't bother to call them once again. This is definitely to be looked at by the hotel.
Breakfast was nice, just I would have liked more options rather than the European standard.

Cudowny pobyt
Pros:

Położenie hotelu, widok z okna, wygodna duża wanna, wygodne łóżko i wyposażenie pokoju na wielki plus!

Cons:

Zabrakło mi funkcji Smart w TV, ale obsługa hotelu błyskawicznie postanowiła naprawić te niedogodność.
Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu, oferując parkingi w pobliżu. Ostatecznie jednak bez problemu znalazłem miejsce dosłownie 30m od hotelu, po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Teveel betasld voor de kwaliteit.
Pros:

Het onthaal, terras van het restaurant.

Cons:

De hygiene. Kusseslopen waren vuil. Ik heb dit gemeld en ze hebben gewoon de kussens odersteboven gelegd om het te verbergen.
Geen parking aan het hotel. Prijs priveparking 80euro

Mooie ervaring, prachtige view
Pros:

Hotel ligt op een top locatie, net over de brug. Uitzicht op de stad. Ik heb er niet ontbeten want doe ik liever in de stad. KAmers zijn groot en geluidloos, en schoon.

Cons:

Garage voor je auto parkeren moet je appart betalen. Er is geen hotel regeling met voordelig tarief. als je in het centrum moet zijn moet je een Uber bellen of wandelen, is wel minuut of 20. zie ik niet direct als een nadeel, ook wel goed voor je!

Cons:

La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas , la tele ne marchait pas correctement.
Ce n'est pas insonorisées, les kit de bienvenue n'etais pas présent. Pas de peignoir .
Pour un 4 étoile ce n'est pas wow .
