Expected nice staff and clean. Unexpected staff in the bar at night and the attendance there!
Pros:

The room and the breakfast, to note that they were not as considerate in the breakfast choices on the days tha were not the weekend nor the bank holiday; it was missing options given on the other days.

Cons:

The fact that the interior pool is not available for usage unless you pay separately!

Instalações de qualidade e bom pequeno-almoço

Cons:

O valor do spa é caro, considerando que apenas pode ser usufruído por 1h30.
Entendo que a lotação é limitada, mas penso que deviam diminuir o custo de acesso pelo tempo que se passa lá

O quarto era lindo como sempre , foi á segunda vez a ir neste hotel e adorei e voltarei . O atendimento foi muito bom e a comida uma maravilha.

Poderia ter sido melhor.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço muito bom e com muita variedade.
Aspeto geral do Hotel, simpatia dos funcionários e limpeza impecável.

Cons:

A cama muito mole e numa cama de casal, eram dois colchões juntos e não um único.
A falta de aquecimento nos quartos, situação devido ao mau tempo anterior, mas a falta de comunicação aos hóspedes falhou, deveriam ter alertado para esta situação, dando a possibilidade de escolher outro hotel para alojamento. Em consequência desta situação toda, também não utilizamos o SPA, pois informavam que a água da piscina interna, não se encontrava com uma temperatura normal para a época, demasiado fria.
