Le restaurant était très bien

Cons:

Hôtel très sombre. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres température très juste. Mais surtout très surpris qu’il n’ont pas voulu l’emprunte d’une carte bancaire débit mais seulement une carte bancaire crédit . Depuis le nombre d’année que nous allons dans des hotels par votre intermédiaire c’est la première que ça nous arrive. Heureusement
Que nous avions parmi nos cartes une carte crédit, sinon nous n’aurions pas pu couché à l’hotel.

O alojamento era bastante bom. Apanhámos bom tempo, conseguimos fazer piscina exterior e interior. O pequeno-almoço era bom.

Pros:

O hotel é, no geral, bastante bom e confortável. A comida no restaurante era óptima (jantar) e o quarto bastante confortável. O staff é muito simpático.

Cons:

Julgo que os pontos a melhorar são:
- Limpeza, sem dúvida. Achei que a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, ainda havia chinelos dos clientes anteriores debaixo da cama e o WC também precisava de mais atenção, em especial nos nichos e na base de duche... Na noite jantámos no restaurante com a nossa bebé, e reparei que no dia seguinte (ficámos na mesma mesa) ao pequeno almoço ainda estavam no chão as mesmas pingas de sopa.
- Staff do restaurante simpático, prestável, mas pouco atento. Era preciso fazer inúmeras tentativas para conseguir a atenção (não estava cheio). As doses, em especial de sopa, podem melhorar, são extremamente curtas. O resto estava perfeito.
