Ubytovali jsme se zde před rokem a byli jsme spokojeni, proto jsme toto ubytování zvolili znovu, bohužel už bych tak nikdy znovu neudělal!

Náš pokoj byl v 7. patře a byl v hrozném stavu. Už při vstupu pokoj extrémně zapáchal zatuchle a byla v něm obrovská vlhkost. Stěny byly opadané a špinavé. Na skříni vedle postele byly obrovské chuchvalce prachu a opadaná omítka (tohle není sakra normální). Celkově na co jsme sáhli, to se rozpadalo. Jako třešnička na dortu nám v koupelně skoro netekla teplá voda a když ano, tak s extrémně malým tlakem, že byste si s tím neumyli ani ruce. Za tuto cenu už bych tento hotel nikdy v životě nenavštívil a jsem rád, že jsem zde zůstal maximálně jednu noc a ne déle.

Great location and staff to make your stay in Hanoi wonderful.
Pros:

We had a very spacious room which was nice for our week in Hanoi. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We especially enjoyed the location near the train street cafe. Unfortunately, the train wasn’t working due to repairs but the location was with walking distance of most most attractions.

Idéalement placé près du train de Hanoï tout en étant au calme. Change EUR, réservations de tours.
Pros:

Les petits déjeuners à volonté étaient plutôt copieux, assez diversifiés (fruits frais, thés et cafés, plats chauds vietnamiens, les œufs selon notre demande) et adaptés à nos palais occidentaux, dans une ambiance conviviale et souriante.
Le personnel de cuisine était aux petits soins, s'adaptant à nos demandes particulières.
A l'arrivée la première nuit, nous avions une chambre aveugle (comme mentionné dans Booking). Puis nous avons pu déménager dès qu'une chambre avec fenêtre s'est libérée. Nous avons fait plusieurs passages à HanoÏ lors de visites dans le Nord (Sa Pa, Halong, .)..et chaque fois nous sommes repassés par le Spoon Hôtel. Il faut dire que la gérante des lieux est une personne remarquable, nous préparant nos visites dans le Nord, nos réservations de train pour Hué,....) avec patience, rapidité, efficacité, professionnalisme...et le sourire qui accompagne ces qualités. Petites attentions délicates de Mme Taho : offrande d'un châle en soie, des bonbons au gingembre pour calmer la gorge d'Odette, une boite repas/diner avant de prendre le train).

The hotel has perfect location for short walking to touristic locations, many dining possibilities around from the street food to restaurants. Taxi is also nicely accessible from this location.

Cons:

Breakfast that is included is fine, but some days everything was already eaten.

Amazing staff and location.
Pros:

The staff are amazing! They helped with everything from my phone to money exchange and booking tours! Truly a one stop fantastic experience! The location in old quarter is perfect for walking and exploring, even though you are downtown the room is quiet and the bed is comfortable, hot water and a mini fridge. Breakfast has a nice variety from cooked eggs to fruit and toast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like and it was minor but after a certain time, not sure what time but I got back around 130 or 2 am and the door was locked with a note to call or text on WhatsApp. I sent a text and then another guest called to be let in. It was quick, 10 to 15 minutes after I text and a few minutes after they called but again minor detail to all the benefits.

Gute Lage und guter Service
Pros:

Prima Lage mit Blick auf die Train Street. Geeignet für Ausflüge ins Alte Viertel von Hanoi. Sehr viel ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Cash only, aber dafür werden auch Euros und US Dollar zum fairen Kurs akzeptiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bodenständig und wird a la carte frisch ergänzt. Kaffee und Tee stehen im Zimmer bereit. Später Check out wurde ermöglicht.
Der Taxiservice ist schnell und preiswert.
