Fantastic value for money and of an excellent standard overall
Pros:

The entire experience from my initial arrival to checking out the following morning was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough in giving positive praise to all members of staff who were so friendly and the general cleanliness and comfort I experienced. Much better than the Premier Inn and fantastic value for money

A lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent food options. Comfortable room. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The only negative was being charged £30 for one night for a dog and receiving nothing for this -
No bed, no water, no bowl, no towel etc. This isn’t in line with other competitors who charge less and provide more.

A very pleasant experience. Not sure why the name at the bottom says Brian as I am female!!!
Pros:

Excellent and very helpful reception staff. Good room. Very good breakfast with helpful staff. Would definitely stay again when I came down to Nottingham.

Cons:

Would have preferred a shower only bathroom and as I was leaving the very helpful reception people told me this was available and I would request it next time.
