The best hotel I’ve stayed for a long time. Quiet and have a very relaxing calm atmosphere
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Lovely restaurant for evening meal and great breakfast. We will be staying again.

Nice Hotel but food needs attention.
Pros:

Rooms are nice and clean. Ours was at the back of the hotel where they collect recycling so a little noisy in the night and morning.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful - the sausages were burnt and the bacon was rubber at 7:30am. The fruit salad looked very old and the greek yogurt was slimy. Am sure this is a health and safety issue for consumers. Expected much more for the price. Had a great experience years ago but wsa so dissappointed with the breakfast this time as the hotel itself is so nice.

Pros:

Far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a dog friendly hotel, and did not then expect it to be such an opulent and immaculately presented hotel. The food is outstanding, facilities are fantastic and we loved being able to use the swimming pool opposite as well as the gym, and the staff are so welcoming and helpful

Cons:

Dinner service was sometimes a bit slow and we were forgotten about a few times. However it was busy.

A comfortable relaxed hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, modern and well appointed. The bedroom was light, quiet, well furnished and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant and the quality of food exceeded my expectations. An excellent hotel with friendly well trained staff. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the Nottingham area.
