Pros:

I like everything. My baby and I were accommodated earlier than expected. We were able to eat at Circa, which found a way for me to change my baby's diaper in an unoccupied room. I admire the simple yet clean and neat setup of the room. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Cons:

I can't seem to open the door from outside and inside efficiently.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее - рядом есть огромный торговый центр. Сотрудник ресепшн молодой человек был очень любезен и охотно помогал нам. На первом этаже был кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Постельное белье было чистое.

Cons:

На полотенце были волосы от предыдущих гостей. Наш первый номер выходил окном на дорогу, где было очень шумно от мотоциклистов. Звукоизоляция здания очень плохая. Нам поменяли номер, но все равно мы ночью совсем не спали. Холодильник совсем не охлаждал еду.

Cons:

Delayed checked in at 5pm , we were placed in a floor where there was karaoke going on near a function room until about 12midnight . We asked for a connecting room as we have children and we were told in would be available if we could wait which we did and ended up checking in at 5pm instead of 2pm check in and yet we didn’t get the room we asked for as they said connecting rooms were no longer available.
