La posizione , l'accoglienza e disponibilita' dello ataff,
La moquette e il bagno non aveva sufficienti piani d'appoggio.
Posizione ottima per esplorare la città, vicina al mercato e alla fermata della metropolitana.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione,il personale della reception è davvero molto gentile,la camera è molto piccola ma soprattutto le dimensioni del lavabo del bagno sono davvero minime.Posizione non ottimale,Porto si sviluppa in salita e i quartieri più interessanti sono tutti vicino al Douro quindi preparatevi a tante belle camminate per tornare in Hotel.nelle vicinanze,proprio dietro l’angolo c’è un centro commerciale con molta offerta di cibo,la bellissima Capela das Almas e una fermata della metro.Posso dire comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.Se non avete grandi pretese e siete buoni camminatori ve lo consiglio.

Es un hotel senzill però molt correcte i net, hi hem estat molt a gust. El personal molt atent en tot moment. L’esmorzar era molt complet i bo.
Falta un reposamans a la paret de les escales per poder agafar-te.
La ubicación es lo único rescatable y la atención del staff que nos recibió con trago de cortesia.
Para empezar en los 3 colchones que se usaron se sentían todos los resortes. Esto se converso con el staff del lugar, quienes ofrecieron dar vuelta el colchón, sin embargo, esto no ayudó al problema y de igual manera se sentían.
El internet se caía cada 5 minutos y la señal en la habitación era mala. Ademas, las paredes eran tan delgadas que escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en el baño de la habitación.
Localização excelente, disponibilidade de early check in e deixar malas após o check out, Sr. José (recepção) foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Quarto muito bom, ar quente funcionou mto bem, quarto e banheiro super limpos e bem amplos. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente com certeza! Obrigada pela atenção!
