Complessivalente valuterei 7,5 il rapporto qualità / prezzo.
Pros:

Prezzo, posizione, pulizia e staff sono i punti di forza per i quali la struttura meriterebbe anche un 8,5.

Cons:

Se la giornata è fredda il condizionatore fa difficoltà a riscaldare la stanza in tempi brevi e comunque non riesce a superare i 21 gradi. Non c'è l'ascensore e se si ha una stanza al terzo piano è abbastanza scomodo.

Cons:

Moquette in camera, purtroppo era difficile aereare bene, ma comunque la sistemazione era molto buona per 3 notti.
