AMOY by Far East Hospitality

We enjoyed our stay at the Amoy very much. The location is perfect, downtown, with a MRT stop across the street, and so much within walking distance. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the moment we arrived, serving us a welcome cup of tea, stowing our bags until check in, walking with us to breakfast on our first morning, having breakfast ready for us on our last day, and helping us with our bags to our taxi as we left. The fan is a beautiful gift that I will cherish as a reminder of our visit to Singapore. Thank you!

Location was super central and the breakfasts are delicious. Also personel was caring much about your comfortable stay.

It was the bestvstay ever. I loved the hotel location. Many things were walking distance. The service and little amenities the hotel offers are amazing. The best was the whole staff very friendly, always helping out and giving great advice and tips. Thanks to Irena, adham, Thomas, Jay, Sheirly, Nadyah, Xue Qi and Sabrina.

The location was great. The atmosphere was perfect. The room was sensational (303). Good value. Very clean and quiet. But the service! Oh, the service!!! It was EXCEPTIONAL. Every person who worked there was unfailingly helpful, above and beyond! Truly, they were unbelievable! I am 77 years old and somewhat crotchety and slightly handicapped. The breakfast was excellent, also. I tried to back out of the included breakfast before I arrived, when I read I had to go elsewhere. It turns out that "elsewhere" was n EXTREMELY short and pleasant stroll to a fabulous outdoor cafe in a kind of arcade. I had an English breakfast every morning with coffee and juice. It totally filled me up. Adahm, the duty manager, was so kind to me when checking in. Xue Qi, Guest Services Executive, came up to my room several times to help me with things. Sheirly, also a GSE, helped me with my luggage and ordered a taxi for me. The duty Manager Ivena was extremely great, too. All in all, I couldn't have been happier.

We had a great time in the hotel in a quiet room. Everything was nice and clean, nothing to complain. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.
The location near an MRT station was nice, the best way to get around fast.
At night, there were good bars and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at AMOY Hotel and felt the lovely Far East Hospitality at all times. The location was great, very close to where we wanted to be in Singapore during the first couple of days. Lau Pa Sat and Marina Bay Sands were nearby, as well as nice cafes and bars right outside the hotel with a nice crowd. What made the experience stand out was the kindness, helpfulness and overall attitude of the staff. Big thanks to Ivena, Adham, Thomas, Jay, Nadyah, Sheirly, Xue Qi and Sabrina - they have been adorable and hospitable!! I also really appreciate the kind AMOY gift upon our check out ♥️ Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Singapore!

Nice rooms, great service. From the tea when you arrive to the exceptional service by Nadyah on checkout we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed for 1 nigjt however the staff was extremely kind and welcoming and made my anniversary very special. They declared our room gave us a cake and great advice for destinations to see around the city.

Enjoyed our overnight stay at the Amoy hotel. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. Room had everything one would need, including cold soda and teas in minibar. Note that upon arrival, accessing the lobby from where a taxi will drop you off is a little awkward and confusing.

Great location, walking distant to Chinatown, Raffles area, Merlion and Telok Ayer MTR that takes you straight to Marina Bay area. Staff was friendly, room was clean. I wish it would have brighter lights but it worked out. I would stay there again.

Great location next door to underground trains. The hotel is characterful with a real boutique feel. Customer service was warm and friendly

Oh! AMOY I adore you. Shortest trip but enough to savour this little but loveliest set up ~ all the touches quaint and colourful I noticed and delighted in them. Thank You for putting me in "my Room ... HU" (synonymous with OH). As always people make the place and Jay and His Perfectly toned voice to Ivena's ready smile at my departure ~ warmed me. So touched by the Gifts of Tea & Amoy Fan too. Will be back ❣️
