El personal muy amable y el hotel es precioso.Me encantó.Camas muy cómodas. Si vuelvo a Kioto me volveré a quedar allí.

Si tuviera su decir lo que me gustó menos es que las habitaciones las encontré algo pequeñas por lo que resultaba un poco incómodo. Y se echa en falta algún saloncito común.

京都駅から徒歩13分で行けて楽ちん
チェックインアウトも機械で出来るがスタッフの方が来て丁寧に説明される
テレビはYouTubeやアカウントを設定すればNetflixも見れる
ホテル内も清潔で過ごしやすい

Cons:

部屋の洗面所が暗い
メイクする時は自分で鏡を持ってきた方がいいかも
女湯は洗い場が狭く席によっては他の人のシャワーが当たる

Pros:

The rooms was alsways clean and nice, also the lobby and the restaurtant, conveniently located next to the hotel, was cute. they also have an onsen and a laundry room, which we gladly use. Staff was super nice and helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom was the smallest and the most unpractical during our whole stay in Japan. Very mich not built for two people. Also the air conditionar was either too hot or cold. The location was also not my faforite as we had to walk at leaset 45-60 minites to all the spots we wanted to see. There is not much to do in the close proximity.
