錦の中心にあり、何処へ行くにも、便利だった。

Cons:

チェックインが16時、チェックアウトが10時なので、他の用事との調整が難しい！
チェックイン15時、チェックアウト11時にして欲しい。

目的地まで徒歩で近かったので良かったです。

Pros:

このお値段で朝食付きはとても助かりました。朝食会場が隣のココイチというのも便利ですね。加えてロケーションが職場に近く助かりました。

Cons:

１：外が見られる窓辺が無い。２：ベッドが柔らかすぎる。３：空調のコントロールが無い。４：水道、シャワーのカランが古くて、温度調整などしにくい。５：TVシステムも古く、番組HPなどとても読みにくい。６：荷物を置くスタンドが無い。７：湯沸かし器が無い？　８：廊下での話し声が聞こえる。
