Pros:

It was very clean. Buffet breakfast was generous and delicious. Hotel staff was very welcoming and thoughtful. They even surprised me with a birthday cake !

Cons:

Very clean large room with window with city view as described. Breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful.

Pros:

Lo staff è il valore aggiunto di questa struttura, soprattutto Sarah, è molto più che una receptionist, praticamente una travel planner! Ci ha risolto molti dubbi e aiutato a pianificare al meglio il soggiorno, spostamenti compresi.
Per il resto l'hotel è in una buona posizione e aveva un'ottima colazione!

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins, les réceptionnistes, les portiers et une partie de l équipe petit déjeuner.
La literie très confortable.
L emplacement au coeur du quartier touristique avec tous les restaurants et bars.

Cons:

L ensemble paraît vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu mais cet hôtel reste très confortable.

Super hotel in city centre and away enough to rest from the crowd
Pros:

The property is near city centre, walkable to the centre. The room was very clean and towels are changing daily. The beds are super comfortable (not too soft and not too hard). There are tee, coffee and water waiting for you in the hotel room. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of different dishes to choose. The staff is very polite and nice, always asking if we need anything. Willing to help with taxis, daily trips.

Cons:

A bit noisy at 7:00 AM, because in Vietnam they start to work at 7 AM and near the hotel there are constructions ongoing (august 2026). However, at the night is silent and you can rest. Coffee at the breakfast is Americana and could be stronger for all coffee lovers.

Top locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke bedden en uitgebreid ontbijt!
Pros:

Het personeel was super professioneel en heel erg vriendelijk ; spraken goed Engels, wij kregen meteen een kaart waar ze aangaven wat wij het beste konden bezoeken in de tijd die wij hadden. Zij hebben ook de privé taxi voor ons geregeld (Quy Car, zeer zeer vriendelijk, liet ons meer zien dan waar wij om gevraagd hadden en spreekt goed Engels). De entree was ruim en heel netjes. De kamer was schoon en verzorgd. De bedden sliepen echt echt heerlijk!! Goede tv, fijne badkamer, heel warm water als je wilde en een wasservice. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, zelfs stokbrood en verse watermeloen sap! Zit in een smalle straat achter de drukke straat met restaurants en vlakbij de rivier. Overal dichtbij. Top locatie! Geen foto’s van de kamer toegevoegd want wij staan overal op🤪. Maar echt zoals op de foto’s van de site!

Prima verblijf dankzij aardig personeel om de stad te verkennen
Pros:

We kwamen vroeg in het hotel aan. We werden hierbij zeer goed ontvangen door Celine en haar collega’s, mochten ons opfrissen en kregen een fijne ontbijttip in de buurt. Tegen de tijd dat we klaar waren met ontbijten, was onze kamer klaar. We kregen fijne tips om de stad te verkennen en Celine heeft een goede transfer voor ons geregeld naar Da Nang. De locatie van het hotel ligt in een steegje, dichtbij leuke restaurants en de walking street. Tegenover het hotel wordt verbouwd, maar hier hadden we geen last van. Het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Cons:

Onze kamer kon een opknapbeurt gebruiken, maar dit is meer een tip.
