Great hotel location, nice bedrooms and special thanks to Sarah who was very helpful at booking our train tickets

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in einer kleineren Seitenstraße, umgeben von allen Möglichkeiten ( Massage, Laundry, Essenstände, Lokale). Die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service erstklassig. Unser Gepäck wurde nach dem Checkout noch bis zum Abend sicher aufbewahrt .Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, viel frisches Obst. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Établissement exceptionnel, situé dans une ruelle plus calme que les grands axes, mais tout en étant proche de tout et en centre ville.

Vous pourrez trouver autour des petits restaurants pour manger les plats typiques de Hué : Banh Nam, Banh bot loc, bunh bo hué, bun hen...
Ainsi que des salons de massages

Le marché de Dong Ba est à 15 min à pied et la citadelle à 25 min.
Pont de Truong tien et rivière des 5 parfums à 15 min aussi.

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et très joliment décorée. Mention spéciale à la literie, j'ai dormi comme un bébé.

Tout le personnel est adorable, un sens du service incroyable, cela va des personnes de la réception, aux personnel de cuisine, des femmes de ménage, ainsi que des personnes qui s'occupent de l'accueil / bagages...Le personnel de la réception parle très bien anglais.

Vous pourrez passer par l'hôtel qui propose des excursions, pour ma part j'ai pris un guide (il s'appelle Nhat) qui m'a emmenée dans les différentes tombes et m'a attendue à chaque visite. Aux petits soins et très attentionné de tout, que je ne prenne pas trop le soleil ou encore qu'il s'inquiétait si j'avais soif ou faim.
Et le soir Finn qui m'a emmenée voir la pagode au coucher du soleil, magnifique. Ce jeune homme est une des personnes les plus serviable, pendant le trajet il m'expliquait pleins d'anecdotes sur la ville.

Petit déjeuner très varié, avec des fruits frais, des spécialités vietnamiennes et le personnel encore une fois qui prend soin de vous.

Tôi đã ở đây rất nhiều lần, gần như cứ vào Huế là lại chọn khách sạn này. Khách sạn nằm trong hẻm nhưng ô tô vào tận nơi rất thuận tiện, chỗ đỗ xe cũng ngay đối diện khách sạn nên cực kỳ yên tâm khi đi xe riêng.

Điều tôi ấn tượng nhất là sự nhiệt tình và dễ thương của các bạn lễ tân. Trước ngày nhận phòng tôi có nhờ hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hoa và bánh sinh nhật để tạo bất ngờ cho vợ, và các bạn đã giúp rất chu đáo. Khi mở cửa phòng thấy hoa và bánh được chuẩn bị sẵn, vợ tôi thực sự rất bất ngờ và vui.

Vị trí khách sạn cũng ngay trung tâm nên đi ăn uống, cà phê hay tham quan đều tiện. Bữa sáng khá ổn, nhiều món và dùng ngay trong khách sạn nên rất thoải mái. Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, nhân viên thân thiện. Một nơi khiến tôi luôn muốn quay lại mỗi khi đến Huế.

We had a wonderful time here. Sarah and the team made us feel very welcome. We came straight from the night train so arrived early and she was very welcoming and helpful with giving us information/ideas for our 2 days in Hue and helped with booking some activities. Sarah also ensured our room was ready as quickly as possible so we could check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

Das Hotel hatte eine tolle Lage und wir haben immer schnell schöne Cafés und Restaurants gefunden sogar ziemlich außergewöhnliche. Unser Zimmer war sauber und es hat uns nie an etwas gefehlt. Das Hotel hatte uns ein Scooter zur Verfügung gestellt so konnten wir alles sehen was wir gehofft habe sehen zu können uns sogar mehr! Was mir jedoch am meisten gefallen hat war der schöne Service der Rezeptionistin Sarah. Sie war stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat uns viele tips gegeben für unseren Aufenthalt. Ich hab gern mich mit ihr unterhalten wenn wir abends nach dem ganzen Tag wieder im Hotel ankamen. Sarah hatte uns extra erzählt wann und wo es am besten ist hinzugehen, hat uns eine Karte mitgegeben und sogar uns aufgezeichnet wo man was am besten unternehmen kann mit Uhrzeiten und Preisen, das war wirklich eine große Hilfe für uns. Danke a Sarah dass sie unseren Aufenthalt so schön und komfortabel gemacht hat!!🫶🏻
