Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, hotel is very clean in a great location as a base when visiting Hue. Breakfast is very good and they packed a breakfast for us on departure day as we departed very early. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Great location just off the main roads. Very nice restaurant nearby which hotel staff told us about. Beds very comfortable and room very spacious. Very good sleep here!

Redeeming feature is the location. Down an alley so a little quieter

Great location. Lovely staff

Cons:

Poor overall experience. Breakfast was disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there is only one lift serving the entire building. There is no air conditioning in the communal areas, which makes moving around the hotel quite unpleasant in the heat.

We were on the 7th floor, and when the lift was being worked on one day, staff asked if we would mind taking the stairs. Climbing seven floors in that heat, with no air conditioning, is not a reasonable request.

A good place to stay in Hue
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good with many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Nice breakfast with many options as well. A very good place to stay for couples, or family when traveling to Hue.

Cons:

A few minor things but it was not a big deal, all solved thanks to the wonderful staffs there.

Great reception staff, good rooms and well located away from the noise of a busy city
