It is on walking distance from the vibrant streets with restaurants and bars

Great location close to all the action but in a quiet alley so good for sleeping. Very good breakfast as well but the best thing was the staff who were all so friendly and helpful from the reception to the boys helping with luggage and the breakfast staff. They made it feel like a home away from home!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They helped us book specific private tours. The hotel was located by a lot of shops and food venues. I would highly recommend this hotel. Catherine was the best!

The staff were lovely and so helpful with us having an overnight train the day we checked out, letting us leave our bags while we explored the city and even letting us shower before our train. Their hospitality was incredible and a highlight for us.

The property was lovely, the staff were amazing. Letting me have a shower before my bus. As well as David taking me to the bus stop cause of the rain. Celine was a wonderful receptionist that was always so friendly and on for the chat.. the only issues I had was the wall. The sounds and the noise coming out of the hallways is not good. Something needs to be done about to cause it effects people’s sleep, and waking up to a kid screaming in the hallways is not something anyone wants to hear.

The Hue Serene Palace Hotel is well-located in the heart of Hue's central district, with good cafes and restaurants easily within walking distance. Rooms are generously sized, and the front-facing balcony rooms make you feel a part of the city. Breakfast was included in my rate, and was a genuine plus, and well worth it. Staff were consistently helpful throughout the stay. Sarah at the front desk is particularly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with my stay, and pointed me toward the best local spots, and sharing the kind of city knowledge that only comes from someone who really knows Hue. That kind of service makes a huge difference, and makes me want to return to the Serene Peace just to get her assistance next time. Overall, the Serene Peace is strongly recommended, and an outstanding value.

The deluxe room is spacious, and the bathroom is very clean. It's a very nice stay.
