Hue Serene Palace Hotel

Super hôtel et excellent accueil de la part de Catherine qui nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre journée à Hué. Je recommande !

Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits et avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la localisation très centrale ++, le petit-déjeuner et le confort de la chambre.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité des agents de l’hôtel qui ont eu l’extrême gentillesse de nous fournir la chambre à 10h au lieu de 14h nous voyant épuisées… ils sont vraiment tous sympas. Concernant l’hôtel très bon emplacement. Il manque juste un peu d’isolation mais sinon tout est nickel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, everything was great. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The administrators were very attentive and helped me book exactly the room I wanted.
The breakfast is buffet style, not huge, but very diverse. There are fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cereal, pastries, hot dishes, egg dishes, Vietnamese soup, etc.
The location is excellent, very close to the river and walking street, just a couple of minutes on foot. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance.
The room has everything you need and everything looks cute and tidy. Some rooms have a bathtub, and the hot water works perfectly.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et veille à ce que tout se passe bien. Grande chambre lumineuse, literie très confortable. Restaurants à proximité.

Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived at around 7am and the doors were opened for us, we received the warmest welcome. After a long overnight bus journey, they kindly offered us coffee and even a room to shower and refresh before check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The room was so spacious and comfortable although a bit outdated.
We were truly astonished by the hospitality and outstanding service, especially from Sarah. She immediately made us feel cared for, recommended a fantastic city tour, and handled every request with genuine kindness and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

What impressed us even more was how personal the service felt. Sarah even messaged me afterwards to make sure we had arrived safely at our next destination, which says everything about the level of care provided here. She also arranged our private taxi from Hue to Da Nang, and everything went perfectly smoothly.

Honestly, this is hospitality at its finest. A stay we will never forget 🌿 Make sure you visit the nice coffee shop at the end of the road! Amazing salt coffee

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a smart TV, but that wasn’t really an issue. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely helpful. There was a small issue with my room key card, but they were very kind and handled it well, so it didn’t affect my stay at all. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier vivant de Hué. Notre chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner varié. Céline qui nous a fait notre check in nous a donné d excellentes d'adresses pour profiter de la ville.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Serene palace et notre séjour à été absolument parfait !
La chambre était très spacieuse, très propre et très joliment décorée.
Le lit était vraiment très confortable et nous y avons très bien dormi .la SDB était également très spacieuse et très propre .

Le personnel est très attentif et toujours prêt à aider les clients .
Je dois souligner l'aide exceptionnelle de Sarah qui nous a permis? grâce à ses recommandations , à passer un excellent séjour à Hué. Elle est d'une douceur et d'une gentillesse hors du commun et c'était vraiment appréciable.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié tant salé que sucré ( les crêpes à la banane étaient délicieuses !!!)
Des fruits frais en quantité, des yaourts faits maison, des œufs préparés à la.demande etc...bref le paradis !!

Wij hebben werkelijk een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Dit hotel heeft een super goede locatie en het personeel is onwijs attent. Onze host Kelly heeft ons een warm welkom gegeven en dacht met ons mee over alle wensen die we hadden. Zo heeft ze een prachtige trip georganiseerd van Hue naar Hoi An, onze volgende bestemming. Zo hebben we onderweg al verschillende highlights bezocht!

Het hotel heeft een super goede locatie, letterlijk om de hoek van het bruisende stadsleven.

Hue is een geweldige stad, super indrukwekkend. We raden een wandeltour (Guru walks) aan om de Imperial City te ontdekken en ook het verlaten waterpark was erg gaaf.

Personnel très serviable, et un emplacement proche des rues stratégiques. Très propre.

Cet établissement était d’une grande qualité !
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l’équipe était au petit soin, surtout Sarah qui a été d’une grande aide dans notre séjour à Hue, et qui nous a trouvé un transfert de qualité à un super prix pour Hoi An.
Elle a su écouter nos besoins et tout mettre en œuvre pour les accomplir.
Gros big up aux portiers qui étaient super sympa!
