Très bon endroit, bien rénové et plutôt proche du centre.
Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel en lien.
La literie super, très bien rénové et très propre. Même une petite vue sur la pointe du Cervin.

Cons:

La distance à l'hôtel pour le petit-déjeuner. Transfert un peu long depuis l'hôtel, j'ai dû demander où était passé le chauffeur après le checkin. Transfert un peu cher du coup...

Pros:

The apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It was also clean and well maintained. Having an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus and made the stay especially convenient

Cons:

It would be even more appealing if the pricing were more competitive.

Das Sofa ist der Stoff defekt und könnte mal ersetzt werden.

Great stay!
Pros:

The apartment is lovely and well fitted out with a great view of the Matterhorn. Only five minutes walk from the station.

Cons:

Check in was at their partner hotel. The staff there were great. Just don't rely on Google maps to navigate you there as it takes a convoluted route to the back of the hotel. Just walk straight down the main street from the station.

Il manquait des services, pas de cuillères de dessert.
Il manquait des serviettes de bain.
On a trouvé que l'entrée au spa était trop cher.

Magnifique!
Pros:

Bien. Il y avait bon choix de nourriture. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la soupe minestrone le matin.

Cons:

Que les jambon poulet et les jambon porc était mélangé. Toutes les viandes/charcuterie était sur le même assiette.

マッターホルン満喫！
Pros:

マッターホルンビューの部屋でお天気にも恵まれたため、毎日マッターホルンを眺めながら過ごすことができました。駅から徒歩で移動しましたが、最後のちょっとした坂を除けば、大きなスーツケースを持っていてもなんとかなりました。到着前夜に大雪が降ったようで足元が悪く難儀しました（が、これはお天気の影響なので仕方がないかと。帰りはカラカラに乾いていました）。

自動チェックイン機が壊れているとのことで系列ホテルでのチェックインとなりましたが、その方が逆に安心でした。また、その系列ホテルで荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。
アパートメントに宿泊すると鍵の受け渡し（や自動チェックイン機の取り扱い）で困ることがあるのですが、系列ホテルがあることで、その心配がなかったのはよかったです。

キッチン用品の品ぞろえも良く、塩コショウがあったのはありがたかったです。

Cons:

特にありませんが、わがままを言うと・・・洗濯機があると尚よいですね。
価格はまあまあのお値段ですが、ツェルマットなのでリーズナブルな方だと思います。

Spacious and fully equipment apartment
Pros:

Fully equipped, spacious and clean apartment with a complete kitchen. The walk from train station to the payment was manageable, but tougher with luggages. We enjoyed our stay!

inconvenient. The actual room and bathroom were fine

Cons:

check in was only at 4pm. this was most inconvenient as check in is usually from 2pm. We were dropped at Patricia but as they don't do check in and we had to walk to the check in with all our luggage, after paying 20 Euro to be dropped at Patricia. They let us leave our luggage there, but we still had to get back to Patricia. When we got back to Patricia, they had forgotten to give us a key card and we had to wait while the porter went back to fetch it. We had friends with us and we had been travelling all day. We were hungry and tired and this all caused a lot of inconvenience as it took around an hour by the time we could get into our room to have supper. I would not book in there again
