Nice apartment, but there was a frying smell

Accessibility. While its fine that it not as central, but it would have been nice if the hotel would provide transportation for luggage

The room was really spacious. It was nice to have a lounge area. And kitchenette.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights but if we wanted a fresh towel during that time we would have had to pay something crazy like $100 for a fresh towel. There’s also no house keeping during that time to take out trash.

If claim there is a fold-out bed, linen should be provided... do not assume bed sharing

Did not provide us with linen for the fold-out bed. Assumed we would be sleeping together. Had to use alternative bedding -- not necessarily clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Lovely apartment, fantastic view, lots of space, great kitchen, good tvs in lounge and bedroom, very warm and inviting

Cons:

terrible internet, uses the public wifi which more often than not did not connect, slightly out of the way, but not to much of an issue as were able bodied

Pros:

The apartment was fully equipped and was very clean. The best part was the view to the Matterhorn. We enjoyed our stay and thanks for hosting us.

Great place for a group of six with wonderful Matterhorn views
Pros:

The view was wonderful, very nice balcony. Plenty of comfortable seating. Very clean. Nice, helpful staff.

Cons:

The coffee maker quit working on our last morning. The window in the smallest bedroom could not open and it was warm. It did have a fan, though. It is a distance from the train station if you have luggage, so plan on having to pay for pick up. The driver was very helpful
