チェックイン前、チェックイン後、快く荷物を預かって下さいました。また、バス乗り場を尋ねた際も丁寧に教えていただきました。部屋は以前泊まった部屋に比べて狭いような気がしました。カギが硬く、二つのうち一つは私の力ではカチンとできませんでした。
10階の自販機、両替機では新1,000円札が使えず、コインランドリーの100円玉を用意するのが手間取りました。

初めての宿泊で予約済みのキャンセル、変更にもしっかりと対応して頂いてホッとしながら宿泊させて頂きました。ありがとうございました！アニメテイも充分、EVまでの流れも良くサッサっとルーム移動、施設案内も簡潔で利用しやすかった。

コストパフォーマンスが良く、満足しました。価格が比較的安い割に設備はよく、アメニティーは自分で必要なものだけロビー脇で取ることでスタッフの方の作業の削減ができているのだと思います。これで安くなるのなら大歓迎です。
