Pros:

Good location but currently undergoing renovations ( much needed!), so some days loud drilling noises and other days strong paint smells. Internet connection also variable, especially for an iPhone. Probably value for money but nothing flash. Oh by the way, the swimming pool is just a large spa pool. You won’t get any exercise in it!

First time staying at this hotel. Have to say that the staff were excellent, everything was kept tidy and the location was great for a number of different areas of interest.

The security was interesting, instead of a safe in your room it is behind reception and has 2 keys that have to go in together, 1 for you and 1 for the staff, which I thought was mega secure and a good idea.

Only thing stopping the 5 stars are that the hotel could do with an overhaul, looks like there have been no upgrades for a number of years and I was surprised to find no tea making facilities in the room.

Was horrible, bed bugs in our groups rooms 3 out of 4 had them, sat on sofa, baby spiders, lift slow, room not clean, room not serviced daily correctly. House staff was an effort for most things.. definitely id not stay there again

A decent hotel for 1200 baht a night.
Pros:

A lovely hotel not far from Pattaya beach. For a 1200 baht a night, clean spacious room, comfortable bed with a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel has its own bar named King Arthur’s Table which has a relaxing atmosphere. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Would stay here again. Has a rooftop pool with amazing views of Pattaya as well.

Reasonable price hotel in a great location
Pros:

Located in quiet Soi 12 opposite the Sportsman Restaurant. Basic but comfortable and clean. Nice rooftop decking area facing the sea. With a small pool for cooling off. Good spot for watching the sunset.
